Amazing stay — super clean room, great location, and Martina made everything easy and welcoming!
Everything! Martina made check-in so easy — she even sent pictures showing how to get from the train station to the rooms, which was super helpful. There was a lockbox, the keys and room were clearly marked, and the instructions were very clear. The room itself was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom was very clean. The location was also great, and Martina’s communication made everything smooth. We really loved our stay!
The only small issue was that the initial instructions came through Booking.com, and I had trouble finding them until Martina resent them on WhatsApp. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but maybe it would be easier if communication started on WhatsApp right away.

Excellent comfy stay at the heart of Riomaggiore
Excellent stay in beautiful Riomaggiore. Martina was super helpful before and during the stay. Was super nice to have keys with my name, I felt very special! The apartment is really central at the heart of the old town. Modern equipments and excellent comfortable bed. The price was okay given the high season and last minute booking. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I highly recommend!
I didn’t mind but for elderly people or people with special physical condition you might have to mention that to go to the apartment you have to climb up some stairs. (Sorry if it was mentioned, I didn’t notice it).

L’endroit est proche de la rue principale et des centres d’intérêts de Riomaggiore. L’hébergement est confortable et propre, parfait pour une ou plusieurs nuits afin de visiter les 5 terres. L’hôte a été très réactive et m’a recommandé de bonnes adresses pour manger. J’ai apprécié ce séjour et recommande.

Il faut être en forme car 30 marches à gravir Malgré les explications très explicites de la part de l'hôte nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver la porte du logement car on n'avait pas compris qu'il fallait aller jusqu'à la placette.

La ubicación es bastante buena. No recomendable para personas con dificultades para subir escaleras.
No me gusto que cuando llegamos no tenía absolutamente nada para ni siquiera prepararse un te. O sea no tenia nada para calentar agua, no tenia tazas ni cucharas ni hablar de otras cosas de cocina que realmente nosotros no necesitábamos. Pero a pesar de tener espacio para colocar algun elemento para calentar agua, lo tuvimos que pedir y vino recién al segundo dia, argumentando que esa locación no tiene permitido instalar nada para calentar agua o cualquier tipo de comida, por eso no tenia absolutamente nada. Lo otro que no me gusto es que no envían instrucciones para llegar hasta el lugar, con un simple plano ilustrativo nos hubiésemos evitado contratiempos como los que tuvimos para llegar al lugar.
