Travaux en ce moment dans l’immeuble collé à la chambre réveillé très matinale par le bruit des travaux. Manque sans doute une petite chaise ou banc pour poser nos affaires.

Something to use!! No cups or glasses No kettle No small fridge Could not even make s cup of tea We were sold on supposed view but windows are locked shut and shutters in outside blocked view Requested assistance, was promised remedy but nothing delivered

We had a great stay, very comfortable and amazing sea views.

The location was great and the view was stunning. The accommodations were great and the room was clean.

If I had stayed longer I think the limited storage would have become frustrating, there wasn't really a place for our toiletries.

Not worth the price: room with a blocked window

Central and convenient location for visiting Riomaggiore, for the beach. Close to train station, only 10 minutes walk. Clean room.

The window in the room was blocked, and we could not open it and let air circulate for two days. Also, by not opening the window, the “sea view” we had paid for was nonexistent. After contacting the facility, they did not even offer to do anything to resolve the situation and make amends for giving me a room with the only existing window blocked, with the excuse of “on the weekend we can't do anything.” I would also add that the shower flooded after only a couple of minutes, very unpleasant. Overall not worth the price: better to spend a little more and go to another facility.

Poteva essere un'esperienza da 10 ma...

In primis, abbiamo amato la posizione della struttura, centralissima e molto comoda da raggiungere (possibilità di accedere tramite doppio codice / tastierino) ed il letto, davvero confortevole. La pulizia della camera era eccellente e gli arredi moderni e in ottimo stato. Dalla finestra, potevamo ammirare la piazza principale del paese e, con un po' d'impegno, il mare - ottima insonorizzazione dell'infisso esterno e capacità di filtrare la luce. Bella e spaziosa la doccia!

Si nota la mancanza di qualsivoglia kit di cortesia/necessaire, fatta eccezione per due piccole saponette e dei piccolissimi flaconi di bagnodoccia (oltre al phon). Mancano inoltre attaccapanni o porta salviette, presente solo una lastra di legno sagomata, davvero poco pratica. La stanza è risultata insufficientemente insonorizzata dal lato della porta e, purtroppo, si sente ogni rumore proveniente dagli ospiti del piano di sopra o di quelli che transitano dal corridoio comune. Nonostante qualche tentativo, non siamo riusciti a connetterci al wifi fornito.

Apartamento recién reformado.

Habitación recién reformada en un edificio donde hay 3 habitaciones y todo está nuevo. La ubicación es excelente si quieres alojarte en Riomaggiore. No nos gustó que la ducha sale muy poca presión de agua y no hay ningún sitio para colgar las toallas. La cama era normal, quizás lo peor de la habitación.
