Beautiful experience in Riomaggiore tucked away but close to great food and transport

Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom

Good location, newly renovated

No coffee Machine or microwave. Difficult to get to from car park with steep hill and stairs. Recommend to pack lightly if possible

Perfect for a short visit

This was just what we needed for our day and half in Cinque Terre. It was located fairly close to the Main Street but was a quiet community. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice shower/ bathroom. The train was super convenient for visiting each of the towns. We hiked btw Vernazza and Monterosso which was awesome. The views are amazing. Food, Cappuccino was great. Highly recommend getting pizza to go and watch the sunset by the beach in Riomaggiore. We accessed the shared porch upstairs one evening... super comfy and great way to finish out a full day. We loved our stay here.. can't wait to come back!

Not a negative but but your entering a hill town....be aware it does have several stairs you take to get to the room. Plan accordingly with your luggage because carrying suitcases will be Extra to navigate. We each packed into a backpack and left our big luggage with our airbnb in Tuscany.

Perfetto!

Lovely modern apartment with all the amenities needed for a couple. Full sized fridge (great for storing wine/drinks/snacks to take up on the shared terrace to watch the gorgeous sunsets) and shower had great water pressure. Iron & ironing board available and plenty of storage for hanging clothing. Sara was a wonderful host and gave us directions that avoided the thousand sets of stairs to get to the apartment to make it easier with our bags. She also helped us with suggestions of where to go for food and what activities to do.

Room with an incredible view!

We stayed in the small double apartment, and it was perfect. For us, it was the location and terrace that really sold the apartment. If you're exploring Cinque Terre and you aren't going to spend much time inside, the double room is perfect. The shower and bathroom is very stylish (and very clean) and the bed was very comfortable. It's small, so more of a hotel room than an apartment, but the photos clearly show that. It stayed nice and cool throughout our stay too. Just a few steps and you are in the heart of Riomaggiore. Our host was really friendly and helpful too. Little gem in Cinque Terre!

Comfy and clean…you’ll have buns of steel after staying here a few days with all the climbing

Nice modern and clean. AC worked great! We loved the rooftop patio, which is a shared space but we usually had it to ourselves.

The steps are no joke. I thought people were just being whiners in the reviews I read, but it’s 326 stairs to climb to get to the property from down by the water. However there are several shorter options getting down the shops.

It was pleasant but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Loads of steps to the property especially if the lift from the station is out of order but once you get used to the steps the location is great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to everything. Sara was great, very helpful and responsive.

We had issues with the toilet flush but fixed it temporarily. At night there was some sort of electrical noise but not sure where it was coming from, unfortunately it did keep us awake most of the night. The bed was small, we’re not big people either.

Good spot in Riomiggore

Beautiful property, view was beautiful

Instructions to get to the property include taking an elevator that costs euros, it’s free with a tourist pass (also discounted the via dell’amoure walk pass and trains) we found this out a couple days in and contacted the property to ask for it. They provided it. But it should have been provided on check in. If I never asked for it, I would have never received it.

We had everything we needed in the room, tv equipped with Netflix, fridge, coffee machine and a spacious bathroom! We loved the rooftop terrace, we spent many evenings up there watching the sunset and enjoying some snacks and drinks. It was definitely our favourite part of this property!

Short Little Walk to an Amazing Viewpoint

We liked that it was on the Main Street and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Overall this location can be a little hard to find. Key to remember is that the road referenced is the cement pavement out of the train station (it doesn’t look like a road per se and more of a walkway). Overall the accommodations are a little small and don’t offer a great view of anything. But you can, via the set of steps beside the accommodations, go up to the fort. Also when we were there one of the benefits, the rooftop patio, was not setup and was under construction. So that was a let down.

High up on the hill, a quiet escape from the crowds down below.

Comfortable and well appointed, as described. Very spacious roof terrace with views of the sea. Soothing sounds of the clock from the castle tower. Our host, Andrea, greeted us very warmly and it was the perfect welcome to the 5Terre.

Perfect stay on top of the hill

We enjoyed a lot on the almost top of the village, with the rooftop balcony. The communication was super smooth and the host was very helpful, we were very satisfied with the service, and we had everything we needed in the nice little quiet room.

Great location, walking distance to the main town and train station. Set up on the hill so have lovely views from the terrace! The kitchen in the room was fantastic! Size of the room was also great and modern finishes!

New and modern. Andrea was very helpful on check-in (clear explanations on parking etc! and with tips. A good view from the balcony was nice to sit back with a wine and cheese board

Small bed. My partner is only 1.7m and her feet were nearly over the end. I am 1.84m and my feet were well and truly off the end of the bed if I didn’t curl up. There is construction going on in apartments immediately next door. Whilst it didn’t bother us as we were getting up early. This could easily have made a negative impact on our holiday. There was also a fair bit of building rubbish on the courtyard which in general is a bit tired looking as well

Great location, easy to get to from the train station and quick to get into the main part of town. Room was lovely and clean with air conditioner and dehumidifier. Rooftop terrace is also great. The owners are very lovely also and explained to me where everything was in the town and answered all questions I had at any time.

There are a few steps to get up to the entrance but it’s part of the charm!

We arrived in the dark around 7,30 pm on Sunday. The description of how to arrive was so bad, that we had to ask the owner of a bar nearby for help. There is no reception, no breakfast, this was a private apartment camouflaged as hotel. And there were construction works in the other room. Works started at 7, 30 am
