Perfetto!

Lovely modern apartment with all the amenities needed for a couple. Full sized fridge (great for storing wine/drinks/snacks to take up on the shared terrace to watch the gorgeous sunsets) and shower had great water pressure. Iron & ironing board available and plenty of storage for hanging clothing. Sara was a wonderful host and gave us directions that avoided the thousand sets of stairs to get to the apartment to make it easier with our bags. She also helped us with suggestions of where to go for food and what activities to do.

Room with an incredible view!

We stayed in the small double apartment, and it was perfect. For us, it was the location and terrace that really sold the apartment. If you're exploring Cinque Terre and you aren't going to spend much time inside, the double room is perfect. The shower and bathroom is very stylish (and very clean) and the bed was very comfortable. It's small, so more of a hotel room than an apartment, but the photos clearly show that. It stayed nice and cool throughout our stay too. Just a few steps and you are in the heart of Riomaggiore. Our host was really friendly and helpful too. Little gem in Cinque Terre!

Stanza pulita e carina come il piccolo bagno fornito di tutto il necessario. I proprietari molto gentili ma i contatti sono stati solo tramite telefono e whatapp. Letto comodo e luogo silenziosissimo. Asciugamani morbidi. Wifi funziona bene. Frigorifero e piccole stoviglie disponibili. Macchina del caffè e bollitore compresi del necessario

La vista dalla terrazza non è proprio come nella foto di booking e la stanza èin una stradina senza vista.. Nessun servizio di pulizia o rifacimento stanza almeno nei 2 giorni che siamo stati noi magari per soggiorni più lunghi ci sono. Una bottiglietta d'acqua potrebbero farla trovare all'arrivo degli ospiti vista la pesante scalinata che si deve fare. Dalla stazione per evitare un pezzo di strada c'è un ascensore peccato che a parte la prima sera negli altri due giorni non era mai funzionante quindi fare tutta la strada a piedi è un pò pesante

Nella camera non c'era nessuna finestra se non la porta di accesso, nelle foto pubblicate l'ambiente non rispetta la realtà. Ci aspettavamo la cucina ma vi era solo il tostapane, il bollitore, il frigo e la macchinetta del caffè. Letto molto piccolo, non era un letto matrimoniale.

Nice modern and clean. AC worked great! We loved the rooftop patio, which is a shared space but we usually had it to ourselves.

The steps are no joke. I thought people were just being whiners in the reviews I read, but it’s 326 stairs to climb to get to the property from down by the water. However there are several shorter options getting down the shops.

It was pleasant but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Loads of steps to the property especially if the lift from the station is out of order but once you get used to the steps the location is great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to everything. Sara was great, very helpful and responsive.

We had issues with the toilet flush but fixed it temporarily. At night there was some sort of electrical noise but not sure where it was coming from, unfortunately it did keep us awake most of the night. The bed was small, we’re not big people either.

Agradable.

Las vistas desde la terraza son lindas, se puede divisar tanto el pueblo como el Mar. La limpieza estaba bien, está equipada con todo lo necesarios, horno- estufa- microondas- tostadora- cafetera (de cápsulas )y utensilios de cocina, La habitación es pequeña, pero perfecta para dos personas, dispone de un pequeño armario, baño y un sofá cama (no era tan cómodo) pero para un par de días se puede estar allí, un pequeño comedor y TV. Nuestra anfitriona Sara, un encanto de persona, nos contactó el día antes de nuestra llegada para darnos las indicaciones de cómo llegar al apartamento y además nos dio recomendaciones de sitios para comer, tanto en Riomaggiore, como los otros pueblos. Ha tener en cuenta, el pueblo tiene muchas escaleras por todos lados :) por lo que ir preparados y con energía para subir las maletas hasta el apartamento. Comparto foto de la vista al pueblo desde la terraza ;)

Al ser una espacio pequeño, se sentía un olor ha humedad y las almohadas un poco duras.

Instructions to get to the property include taking an elevator that costs euros, it’s free with a tourist pass (also discounted the via dell’amoure walk pass and trains) we found this out a couple days in and contacted the property to ask for it. They provided it. But it should have been provided on check in. If I never asked for it, I would have never received it.

L’host Andrea il giorno prima del check-in ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per accedere al parcheggio e alla struttura ed è stato sempre disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno. Camera e bagno spaziosi e pulitissimi; per accedere alla struttura ci sono molto scalini ma questa è una caratteriste ed anche il fascino di Rio Maggiore.

Très beau logement dans les hauteurs de Riomaggiore, belle localisation

Notre expérience s’est super bien déroulée ! Andrea a été très serviable et arrangeant avec nous, il nous a accompagné pour l’arrivée, et nous a donné tous ces supers bons plans ! Le logement en lui même est bien situé sur les hauteurs de Riomaggiore, tout ce qu’il faut pour bien dormir. La terrasse commune est vraiment exceptionnel, elle surplombe Riomaggiore. Le seul petit problème pour nous a été l’isolation entre les différents logements, légèrement trop fines. Pour résumé n’hésitez pas à venir chez Andrea, le logement est comme sur les photos et vous permettra de profiter à fond des Cinque Terre comme vous le voulez

Alloggio a riomaggiore

La posizione è ottima, 3 minuti a piedi e sei sul borgo di Riomaggiore con una vista stupenda, a 5 minuti dell'alloggio c'è la stazione ferroviaria, noi in un pomeriggio siamo riusciti a visitare tutte le cinque terre con il treno, una più bella dell'altra. Anche il parcheggio per l'auto si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, forse anche meno. Lo staff della camera sempre cordiale, ci ha spiegato come arrivare alle destinazioni e quali possibilità c'erano sia con la macchina che con il treno.

Le uniche cose che non mi sono piaciute sono lo staff che si occupa del parcheggio, che abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte al telefono per farci aprire la sbarra, 3 chiamate nessuna risposta, alla fine ho dovuto chiamare lo staff della camera per cercare di risolvere la situazione. Un'altra cosa che ho trovato scomoda è la porta d'entrata della camera, era durissima da aprire e piccolo lo spazio intramezzo per poter passare con la valigia. Migliorerei queste due cose poi per il resto tutto perfetto

L'emplacement, la propreté de la chambre, l'équipement complet de la chambre, la communication avec l'hôte très fluide. Nous avons apprécié les indications précises et le plan pour trouver le logement facilement.

Short Little Walk to an Amazing Viewpoint

We liked that it was on the Main Street and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Overall this location can be a little hard to find. Key to remember is that the road referenced is the cement pavement out of the train station (it doesn’t look like a road per se and more of a walkway). Overall the accommodations are a little small and don’t offer a great view of anything. But you can, via the set of steps beside the accommodations, go up to the fort. Also when we were there one of the benefits, the rooftop patio, was not setup and was under construction. So that was a let down.

High up on the hill, a quiet escape from the crowds down below.

Comfortable and well appointed, as described. Very spacious roof terrace with views of the sea. Soothing sounds of the clock from the castle tower. Our host, Andrea, greeted us very warmly and it was the perfect welcome to the 5Terre.

Perfect stay on top of the hill

We enjoyed a lot on the almost top of the village, with the rooftop balcony. The communication was super smooth and the host was very helpful, we were very satisfied with the service, and we had everything we needed in the nice little quiet room.

Great location, walking distance to the main town and train station. Set up on the hill so have lovely views from the terrace! The kitchen in the room was fantastic! Size of the room was also great and modern finishes!

New and modern. Andrea was very helpful on check-in (clear explanations on parking etc! and with tips. A good view from the balcony was nice to sit back with a wine and cheese board

Small bed. My partner is only 1.7m and her feet were nearly over the end. I am 1.84m and my feet were well and truly off the end of the bed if I didn’t curl up. There is construction going on in apartments immediately next door. Whilst it didn’t bother us as we were getting up early. This could easily have made a negative impact on our holiday. There was also a fair bit of building rubbish on the courtyard which in general is a bit tired looking as well
