Lovely home, great location and nice amenities.
The home is lovely and a big surprise when you open the door. It is a good haul up a lot of steps, though, that should be noted. There was plenty of space and a nice outdoor area. The location is very convenient. the air works nicely and there is a fan to assist with the upstairs area.
There are a number of areas to hit your head (which I did).

Great stay!
Very unique apartment with living-room, kitchen and bathroom, bedroom at the loft, and with separate annex containing 1 room and bathroom. Small cortyard which is perfect for hot summer days. Beautiful and fresh. Annex seemed a bit older, but well working. Well equipped kitchen, also with coffee, salt, sugare, tissues, soap, toilet paper etc, much appreciated!
The apartment is reached with MANY stairs. No view over the village (or anywhere). Narrow stairs to the loft and to the annex bathroom. If you have problems with stairs, or small children, it is not the best option. But for us it worked well and the uniqueness of the apartment was well worth the extra steps.

Overall an amazing place, we loved it! Just had to be careful going up and down the stairs.
The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, a home away from home! Shops and restaurants are right next door. It's also close to the train station so makes travelling very convenient.
The apartment is on the highest level, a lot of stairs, each level is uneven so it is not easy for the elderly or if you have many pieces of luggage. One of the sofa beds was not firm enough for back support.

Location!
The steps but that is just a thing in Cinque Terra. Lots and lots of steps and climbing (and descending). The back unit has mold and it smells of it. Not ideal! Needs to be cleaned up but it’s built into the moist hill so not sure if that’s possible or not.

If cleaned properly the main apartment is worth the stay.
It’s a beautiful place, the main part. Spacious and comfortable
It was not clean. It looked like the people that cleaned it just put things in their place and did not clean. Both showers had hair on the walls and floor of the showers and used shampoo bottles. The rug was filthy like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Then my daughter sat on the couch and there was a big toe nail right there in the couch. Not clean. There is definitely a mold issue in the detached bedroom.

The location was great. The courtyard was also very nice
There were a lot of stairs to the apartment and no elevator which is probably common for the area. Inside the home was a loft bedroom and a separate bedroom outside. The loft had a very low ceiling so you couldn't stand upright. The stairs to the loft were steep and didn't have railings and the bathroom in the other bedroom also had steep stairs to get to. We had a 1 and 4 yo which made this apartment a challenge for us. It could be a good apartment for some younger couples.

Clean and tidy. Good central village location.
The mezzanine bedroom was not practical and very difficult to access. The narrow open-sided staircase is dangerous and requires bending on the stairs to avoid the beams. The annex bedroom is very small, cramped and most worryingly, it is damp. The bedding was damp, and access to the upstairs bathroom is very difficult via a very narrow iron spiral staircase. The living room is dark, the string light in the ceiling is impossible to operate. It is very temperamental and we couldn’t switch it off at night. The switch was not working. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, and a considerable steep climb up stone steps to access. The access instructions are incomplete, we had to call the host to get clearer instructions to get into the property.
