Great stay!

Very unique apartment with living-room, kitchen and bathroom, bedroom at the loft, and with separate annex containing 1 room and bathroom. Small cortyard which is perfect for hot summer days. Beautiful and fresh. Annex seemed a bit older, but well working. Well equipped kitchen, also with coffee, salt, sugare, tissues, soap, toilet paper etc, much appreciated!

The apartment is reached with MANY stairs. No view over the village (or anywhere). Narrow stairs to the loft and to the annex bathroom. If you have problems with stairs, or small children, it is not the best option. But for us it worked well and the uniqueness of the apartment was well worth the extra steps.

La comunicación con la administración no fue fluida. Después de las 3 pm tuve que reclamar el código de acceso. Para llegar hay que subir 4 pisos por escalera. Las camas estaban sin hacer, solo las sabanas apoyadas sobre sofá sucios. En el altillo está la cama matrimonial pero debes acceder por una escalera bastante peligrosa y al llegar caminar en 4 patas porque el techo o está a 1 metro de altura, con una ventana en el techo que no tiene cortina. Amaneces con el sol si o si! Y si son 5 personas como nosotros y necesitan habilitar el anexo que tiene cruzando el patio, entrarás a un cuarto de terror. La humedad de las paredes es terrible, el olor insoportable. Además la decoración es tan excesiva, hay tantos elementos y flores y plantas de plástico que no queda lugar para apoyar tus cosas. Y para peor el agua no tiene presión, de la ducha salen gotas. Una experiencia horrible, nada que ver la realidad con lo que muestran.

Overall an amazing place, we loved it! Just had to be careful going up and down the stairs.

The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, a home away from home! Shops and restaurants are right next door. It's also close to the train station so makes travelling very convenient.

The apartment is on the highest level, a lot of stairs, each level is uneven so it is not easy for the elderly or if you have many pieces of luggage. One of the sofa beds was not firm enough for back support.

El departamento es espectacular. Supermercado cómodo, funcional y con todas las comodidades. Tiene un jardíncito soñado donde cocinamos unas pastas increíbles. Esta muy bien equipado y limpio. Somos una familia de 5 y luego del jardincito hania otro loft con cuarto t baño y los chicos estaban fascinados que era para ellos.. Lo recomendaría sin lugar a dudas.

Teníamos cochexito y son 4 pisos por escalera y por otro lado, a la habitación de atrás no le llegaba el Internet. Igual nada opaco nuestra estadía, un deposito soñado.

Location!

The steps but that is just a thing in Cinque Terra. Lots and lots of steps and climbing (and descending). The back unit has mold and it smells of it. Not ideal! Needs to be cleaned up but it’s built into the moist hill so not sure if that’s possible or not.

If cleaned properly the main apartment is worth the stay.

It’s a beautiful place, the main part. Spacious and comfortable

It was not clean. It looked like the people that cleaned it just put things in their place and did not clean. Both showers had hair on the walls and floor of the showers and used shampoo bottles. The rug was filthy like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Then my daughter sat on the couch and there was a big toe nail right there in the couch. Not clean. There is definitely a mold issue in the detached bedroom.

Lovely home, great location and nice amenities.

The home is lovely and a big surprise when you open the door. It is a good haul up a lot of steps, though, that should be noted. There was plenty of space and a nice outdoor area. The location is very convenient. the air works nicely and there is a fan to assist with the upstairs area.

There are a number of areas to hit your head (which I did).

The location was great. The courtyard was also very nice

There were a lot of stairs to the apartment and no elevator which is probably common for the area. Inside the home was a loft bedroom and a separate bedroom outside. The loft had a very low ceiling so you couldn't stand upright. The stairs to the loft were steep and didn't have railings and the bathroom in the other bedroom also had steep stairs to get to. We had a 1 and 4 yo which made this apartment a challenge for us. It could be a good apartment for some younger couples.

Pretty apartment that has many accessibility and practicality issues. Not suitable for anyone with mobility or accessibi

Clean and tidy. Good central village location.

The mezzanine bedroom was not practical and very difficult to access. The narrow open-sided staircase is dangerous and requires bending on the stairs to avoid the beams. The annex bedroom is very small, cramped and most worryingly, it is damp. The bedding was damp, and access to the upstairs bathroom is very difficult via a very narrow iron spiral staircase. The living room is dark, the string light in the ceiling is impossible to operate. It is very temperamental and we couldn’t switch it off at night. The switch was not working. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, and a considerable steep climb up stone steps to access. The access instructions are incomplete, we had to call the host to get clearer instructions to get into the property.

Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped, but layout could be hazardous for people of any age.

The architecture, design and decor of the lodging was stunningly beautiful! We loved the aesthetics of the apartment. The location could not be beat- right in the heart of Riomaggiore! It was very clean, everything in working order, great shower, roomy bathroom on the main level.

The beds themselves were comfortable, however, the room across the courtyard was very musty with no windows and the spiral stairs to the bathroom were steep and hazardous. The loft bedroom was also VERY hazardous to get to- it is not possible to stand up, and even sitting up in bed could cause a head injury. The stairs to the loft are also a hazard- no railing, and a misstep off the loft could result in a very serious accident. It was a shame, because it's such a lovely place, but bedtime each night seemed like an unnecessary risk.

God beliggenhet midt i byen. Veldig bra aircondition. Stor plass i leiligheten. God madrasser i sengene. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Koselig liten bakhage. Passet perfekt for 2 par på tur. Kort tur ned til stranden. Obs dette var en strand med små og store runde stener. Ingen sand og ingen parasoller!

Wi-fee virket ikke. Lå i øverste etg i en høy bygning med mange høye trappetrinn. Passer ikke for folk med dårlige ben eller med funksjonsheming. Søppel sortering og henting var uoversiktlig.

Should hove been amazing, reality is very different

It felt authentic and quaint. Living space was large with a lovely big dining table. Kitchen facilities were good. Location would be great if you could access from the front. The hairdryer was faulty, but they did replace the very same day, after I sent them a photo,

On paper this property looks ideal. At the moment there is building work going on to the stairs at the front of the property and impacting access form the main street. We were only notified the day before we were travelling and we were sent instructions via Whatsapp on how to access around the back. This was an extra 15 min walk, mainly uphill and included a very dangerous route down very uneven steps and paths, with nothing to hold on to. Extremely difficult, especially with cases. We would not have booked would be have known. The living space was spacious but felt musty/ dusty and there are so many accessories and decoration that does not appear to have been cleaned recently. The rug in the living room was filthy and covered in dog hairs. (We did not take a dog) Second bathroom for bedroom two is at the top of a VERY narrow winding staircase and would not be suitable for anyone wider than the average person or with mobility issues. Pillows are very thin and not very comfortable. Watch your head on the mezzanine level!

Good location. It's very cute and clean. And quiet. The management company was quick to respond to questions.

Neither bedroom was very pleasant. The main one is difficult, almost dangerous, to access. The second has a strong musty odor that would make sleeping impossible. It is listed as having a 'city view'. There is no view of anything, as far as we could see. It would have been nice to have someone meet at the location to show us a few things, like where the second bedroom is, and how to use TV and induction stovetop. Or having written instructions would have been good, too.

terrible experience with Tia Marie Home

treacherous stairs to the upstairs bedroom for bedroom 1, extremely treacherous circular steel staircase in Bedroom #2… No internet or tv available in bedroom 2. no dish towels, paper towels, napkins provided in kitchen. Limited amount of coffee pods(8) for 4 people staying 3 days we asked where we can get some and we’re told to take the train to another town to pick some up, completely unacceptable for what we paid for the unit. Also no mention that the unit is located on the 4th floor with no elevators.

The basics are there - and it’s ok, but in my opinion it definitely wasn’t worth the price, and to be honest I felt real

Great location, comfortable bed (once you actually get there), ok Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen. The basics were there.

The property was not cleaned properly. There was dust on all of the many trinkets around the house. If there weren’t so many creepy decorations the space would actually look nice and could probably be cleaned properly. The one rug in the space clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. There are posters in every room reminding you not to damage things which is pretty condescending, and scarey, because there are so many decorations around that you could easily knock over. The main bedroom was extremely dangerous to get to (no proper railing on one side and low head height at the top) and really hot as the air conditioning is below. The loft only allows about 1m from floor to ceiling, and we had to fully bend over to access the bed. Definitely not recommended for people who aren’t flexible, or who like to get changed in their bedroom. The other bedroom is extremely musty and again, has a near inaccessible bathroom above. I am a size 10 and struggled to get up the stairs to access it as they were so narrow. Pretty much every night there was club style music somewhere near by and you could hear the bass until 12am. Normally it would be ok but because there are no curtains on the skylights and window we were awake pretty early as well. The apartment is also up many steps, I really wouldn’t recommend for anyone unfit.

Superb

Location was great close to everything but also quiet. The apartment was very homey and the kitchen was well appointed. The outside courtyard was nice and well decorated it was nice to have a small outdoor space

We were supposed to be a group of 3 guests but only 2 sets of bath towels. In addition extra towels for the beach would have been nice. The loft was a little cramped you cannot really stand up there

Great location but you better be flexible and in good shape.

The living area was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were sufficient. The coffee supplied was really good. Great location right in the center of town. surprisingly quite.

The woman who was supposed to meet us on-site to let us in forgot. We had to call and wait for her to show up. The unit is up 60 steps so if you are not in good health it would be a problem. The bedroom in the main unit is challenging to get to. There is an open staircase and you have to duck under a beam at the top and crawl to the bed. The clearance is about 3 ft. Getting up and down at night was dangerous. The second bedroom is in a separate building across the patio. It was a nice bedroom but you must navigate the narrow spiral staircase to access the bathroom. The patio would have been great but the mosquitos were terrible.

Lorenzo met us with the keys at the front door. WelcomeGroup has many appartments in 5terre. Be aware, that it is the 4th floor, and you have to climb up every time on steep steps (quite normal in 5terre). The apartment has 2 bedrooms - one in the mezzanine (the roof is 1m above your head, without an air conditioner, which is downstairs in the living room). Can recommend mezzanine only for kids - very hot in the night. There is a second bedroom outside - more suitable to survive the night - ex. basement. There is a patio, but the air conditioning fans are located there - very hot if you use the airco. One remark to the "service team" - we reported a broken lamp in the kitchen and the toilet seat on the very first day. Not fixed during the week.....

Disappointing

The house is at the center of the village, near to everything. It was clear and decorated with style. There is a garden but you can’t sit a lot because of the mosquitoes.

A lot of stairs. No parking. The second bedroom is outside the house and no one, not my 10 year daughter can sleep here, is and smells like a cave. The main bedroom is so low that you have to be all the time in your knees and I am only 160 cm.

A wonderful place that i really liked

I recommend 10 times this apparment! +++ :) Gigi the owner was very nice and kind. He gives us nice advices about the city and how to visit the cinque terre. The appartment is very cosi and pretty, with a very nice decoration that let u feel in holidays. It’s clean, big and for sure if i come back i will take it again. 🙂
