Location was very close to the main street and The Marina

It was a family trip with Grandparents, it was very tough to get up to the apartment. The town is on a hill already, but on top of that, it was many, many stairs to get up to the actual apartment.

The apartment itself was lovely. Newly refurbished, looked exactly as shown. very workable. Lovely views from windows and patio. Mostly a nice breeze through the apartment.

Unfortunately renovation work was being done next door. Biggest problem with this was the dust created which covered the patio. I think the owners should organise someone to hose the patio daily while this work goes on.

Everything was amazing! The bed was comfy, the AC worked super well, the windows kept out sound (except the church bells) at night. Ample towels, keurig with coffee, utensils to cook. A small washer in the basement for laundry. Huge patio with amazing views for breakfast and dinner.

Rooftop hottub only accessible via booked time slot with a high surcharge.

We were 9 people staying at three apartments. The best features were the location smack in the middle of Riomaggiore and that the apartments were all next to each other in the same building.

The worst feature was the exaggerated and incorrect descriptions of the spaces. Two apartments were explicitly described as having a separate bedroom and living room. Actually all three were one room apartments. My girlfriend ended up putting a mattress in the walk in closet for some privacy. There is also no access to a pool unless you book this separately. A pity as the apartments were otherwise excellent and perfectly equipped, but the mismatched expectations were just a big disappointment. The garden was a great place to hang and the top apartment had a stunning city view. As opposed to the bottom apartment that had a view of a wall.
