Madrid Ventas II, 6 bedrooms for 12 people

El espacio es muy agradable, las habitaciones amplias, el aire acondicionado nos salvó de este verano, la ubicación es excelente cerca a la estación de metro y además cerca al aeropuerto. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía larga y confortable. La atención de los organizadores fue muy buena, estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos hasta altas horas de la noche y responder todas nuestras dudas. El check in facilísimo. Espacio totalmente recomendable para un grupo grande o familia.

The place is really nice; well located and communicated. Clean and practical.

the location's surroundings look a little rough, people living on the street right across. The place might be missing a small table in each living area to facilitate living. I definitely didn't like that I asked for a late checkout, they told me that yes I I agreed to a 25 euro fee, which I did, but then they cancelled because I did not pay the fee at a certain hour (which they hadn't told me and I left for the day before they sent me the request), and when I came back I paid, but still they asked us to leave early the next morning and did not allow the late checkout, so we had to take everything out of the apartment and things got complicated. They could have just taken it from my 300-euro-deposit, if I did not pay. So far, they have not returned the fee I paid nor the deposit.
