Really good location, just near the metro station. A supermarket is just around the corner.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Some of the rooms are located below the ground level and have no windows. Overall, the price is too high: we've paid 200 EUR; for the next few days in Valencia, we got a one-night golf-course spa hotel with breakfast for 209 EUR. I believe that's the combined effect of F1 + Shakira concerts, but whatever, it's still a lot.

The location, the cleanliness, the facilities were all excellent.
Above all else, the lack of sound-proofing was the biggest negative. We barely got any sleep at night because of how much noise our neighbors were making. Out of the three nights we stayed, we weren’t able to sleep for two. While the accessibility of the bathroom on the first floor is appreciated, using the shower without flooding the entire room was impossible. In addition, there’s very little sunlight in the apartment, which made us pretty uncomfortable.
