Small and cozy, excellent location, clean inside, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating.
The small outdoor terrace was not clean due to bird droppings, so I would recommend adding some kind of cover for the terrace. I would also add that there is an air conditioner, but it does not work. Although it was not included in the reservation, it would be good if it were functional.

Great location, peaceful and clean neighbourhood with a lot of transportation options (subway is a 6-7 minute walk). A lot of shops and restaurants in the area.
Very firm beds, small bathroom. When you book 3+ nights it is good to have an option for housekeeping.
For 5+ nights a clean set of sheets would be nice.

I liked that the apartment was clean, spacious, and well-organized. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the place cool, which made the stay comfortable. The location was also good and convenient.
What I didn’t like was that there was no elevator. We stayed on the third floor, and carrying our luggage up and down the stairs was quite difficult and inconvenient. Another issue was the windows there were no curtains or blackout blinds. As soon as the sun came up, the entire apartment filled with sunlight, leaving no option but to wake up early.
