El apartamento estuvo excelente. Fue un viaje de nietos adolescentes con nosotros, sus abuelos. Espacios cómodos y muy limpios. El barrio es precioso, con un Market a una cuadra y bracitos y restaurantes. Además a 3 cuadras de la parada de Av. de las Americas en donde tomas el Bus 200 y te lleva directo a Barajas! Y cómodo para cualquier transporte! Volvería sin dudas!

Appartamento ampio, con 2 camere e 2 bagni (di cui uno in camera). Sala comune con piccolo scrittoio, divano e parete attrezzata con cucina, per chi volesse cucinare a casa. L alloggio si presenta pulito, in un palazzo residenziale tranquillo a due passi da Principe de Vergara. Circondario ben rifornito di vari servizi. A meno di 5 min a piedi è presente: Carrefour aperto fino a tardi, vari bar con servizio tapas e menù fisso, ristoranti, farmacia, fermata taxi, fermata metro, vari bar e ristoranti.
L acqua calda al mattino scarseggia, l'inconveniente è successo più volte in questi appartamenti. Se 2 persone di fanno la doccia quella che la fa più tardi riceve inevitabilmente acqua tiepida all'inizio e fredda alla fine.
