The house is amazing, well furnished and comfortable
It’s a ground floor so you know. The area is ok but not so close to the metro

Spacious apartment, nice living room. Really clean.
No heating, in mid October, at 6 degrees at night, got pneumonia after. The owner said the heating would be turned on later...
The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street.
It rained heavily, so cold and humidity in the house.
One room is actually in the basement, no natural light in that room, just a window from the living room..
