Excellent location, clean and comfortable
It does not have AC, most of our stay was not necessary but it was deseable the last 2 days when the weather got warmer

The apartment is minimalist contemporary, and the location is in a very quiet community. The building is dated, and corridors are a bit dark. However, the apartment itself is a gem within. It is very well lit with all the facilities one will need. Countkess storage space and cupboards are available for use. Located near supermarket in front of the building and restaurants on the ground floor who cooks good paella, theres an italian restaurant near as well. Staff is amazing and supportive and communicates well in english. 15-20 few minutes walk to Madrid centre... quite a good experience and walk experience as well.
I can't think of any except that late check out is not possible since the apartment gets busy booking. Oh, and the filthy capsule coffee machine, I think it needs to be cleaned or changed.
