La ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy cómoda y bien conectada para recorrer Madrid. El cuarto era moderno, funcional y muy práctico, con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Todo estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza. También nos pareció muy útil el sistema de lockers para dejar las valijas después del check-out y poder seguir disfrutando de la ciudad sin preocupaciones. Destacamos además lo sencillo y eficiente que fue todo el proceso de check-in y check-out.

Estaba muy limpio y equipado.
Faltaban enchufes en el escritorio. Tampoco me gustó no ver a nadie en ninguna recepción. Tampoco no tener ascensor para subir las maletas.

Que no funcione tu código de entrada, tengas prisa y encima estando en España lo tengas que arreglar en inglés...de maravilla.
la entrada, un caos el código que no funcionaba, la atencióQn sin solucionar durante un tiempo prolongado cuando se suponía que estaba arreglado...casi 45 minutos delante de la puerta y lo mejor el trato en ingles estando en España.
