This 50 m² fully renovated apartment features a modern and elegant design and is located on the third floor, exterior-facing, with elevator access.
The apartment offers two bedrooms:
• The main bedroom includes a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It features a 135x180cm double bed and a spacious wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
• The second bedroom also has a 135x180 cm double bed and a wardrobe with both hanging space and drawers.
There is an additional full bathroom, modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, located outside the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. It includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, complete kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The living and dining area is bright and functional, furnished with a dining table, six chairs, a sofa, and a TV, making it ideal for relaxing or spending time together.
For families traveling with young children, a baby cot suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old is available for an additional fee of €15 per night (bed linen included). Please make sure to request the cot at the time of booking and send us a message to confirm the request.

The apartment is clean and functional, and is very well located. The beds were comfortable, though bedrooms and living space were quite tight. The two bedrooms were private.The apartment was very clean.A minimum amount of basic supplies (soap, shampoo, dishwashing pod, washing machine pod, 4 coffee pods) were supplied.
