Location
Pans were dirty when we arrived. Electric issues, lights went out when we turned on the dishwasher, AC in main room stopped working. Apartment layout is not the best, with the rooms in the basement with no windows (except for a small one in the main room) and no alternative exit route if something bad happens in the upper level (kitchen-living area) like a fire.
