We liked everything, it's perfect, one of the best airbnb I have ever been. Lock from the app works great, the host is communicative and the location is okay, close to the bus, 20 min walk to the metro. Overall a safe and great booking 👍

La posizione ottima, vicino a metropolitana e bus
Il servizio di self check-in: è stato purtroppo disastroso a causa di non integrazione, lato gestore casa, tra le istruzioni dateci via telefono da una loro operatrice e il sistema automatico di approvazione del deposito cauzionale+accessibilità all'appartamento. Abbiamo dovuto attendere più di un'ora fuori dall'appartamento (alle 8 di sera, con bimbo di tre mesi) mentre il servizio clienti cercava di rintracciare il deposito cauzionale e solo il mattino successivo ci è stato dato accesso con pin (prima abbiamo dovuto sempre telefonare al servizio clienti per entrare nell'appartamento!). Abbiamo dovuto parlare con più di 4 diverse persone del servizio clienti diverse per accedere, dovendo ogni volta ricominciare da zero!

No pudimos hacer el check in a la llegada debido a que su aplicación no nos permitió hacer el pago del depósito de garantía, perdimos una noche y ni siquiera tuvimos una respuesta de disculpa por el "detalle".

the apartment was comfortable and well located.
There were 2 big problems: 1) The code to the entrance to the building worked fine, but door lock to the actual apartment often took 10 times to open, or even more. You can hear the locking mechanism working, but it is not opening the door. This was very frustrating. The app for the apartment did not have a contact host either, so I had to find their email, which they still have not replied to. 2) The washing machine basically does not work. The clothes do not come out clean, and they are SOAKING wet. We tried multiple times and then just took our clothes to a laundry mat nearby. A third problem was that a lamp shade completely broke while we where there. Not really a problem, but this place needs better maintenance.
