The general location of the apartment, being so close to the Metro and other services, was definitely the best part. We appreciated the AC, which luckily worked our whole stay during summer. The bedrooms were decent and quiet, and you can block out the sun effectively.

The Booking.com information does not warn the guest that they will need to pay a 200€ deposit, and it is to be done before arrival. At least we were lucky, and it was done digitally, and there wasn't any need to wait for someone to arrive to hand us the key. There is basically nothing available to guests other than the appliances. You're staying 3 nights and want to drink coffee from the machine? I think it's okay to buy your own coffee, but you're forced to buy a coffee filter package of 50 units in order to use it. You just arrived to the country and bought a couple of items, like eggs, to cook for dinner. Surprise, there is no salt or oil available, you should have bought that beforehand! Need to run the dishwasher more than twice in a week? Better buy your own dishwasher detergent. And if you would rather do the dishes by hand, you anyway need to buy your own soap for it. The information in the MIT House is probably outdated. The website is easy to use, but the text in the app and what we received through booking messages were different. They have several entries that are clearly generalized for several different locations, some lines of text don't apply to you, so be observant and guess which one applies to you. The water boiler stopped working on a Sunday morning, and of course there is no one to call to get help until Monday 10am. Luckily it was fixed towards the end of the day on Monday, two cold showers is as much as we would have wanted.

Clean and comfortable - supplied everything we needed - all information given on line no problems at all

The only thing missing that would of been really helpful is information on the parking zones. Coming from another country and not knowing these systems was slightly confusing so if you could add parking information and nearest car parks to the apartment information this would be a big help for guest in the future

the property was well located, compact and fairly new. there was a grocery around the corner and the metro station was nearby.

short on supplies… for 3 adults staying a week they provided 2 toilet rolls, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 trash bags, a handsoap container without handsoap and the worst, 2 bath towels AND 8 handtowels. no offer to top up inspite of me bringing it up….. at the very least i was expecting the delivery of a 3rd bathtowel.

the apartment itself looks great. clean. comfortable beds, nice bathroom and enough towels and blankets.

the boiler got damaged. they sent someone to fix it on the same day while we were outside but next day it broke again so we had no hot water. THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT. THEY MAKE YOU PAY 200€ extra OUTSIDE OF BOOKING on a separate app and then the amount is blocked on your account card for over a week. if you don‘t like bookings conditions then just don‘t offer?? why do customers have to wait on their own money after their trip. this should not be offered on booking for real.
