A localização é ótima, calma e longe da confusão do centro. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos (tábua, ferro, secador, utensílios de cozinha, etc) e o estacionamento deu muito jeito.
A sala não tem estores, pelo que o sofá-cama está exposto a muita luz desde muito cedo. A meio da nossa estadia, o proprietário acusou-nos de ter estragado o portão, quando nada tinha acontecido. A Gema (property manager) foi muito disponível (dirigiu-se ao local e verificou que estava tudo bem), foi compreensiva e pediu-nos desculpa pelo equívoco.

Well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy striking distance to the fabulous Madrid Metro. Supermarkets and all facilities also within easy walking distance.
Water could have been hotter and a couple of more items in the kitchen would be good.

A környék kellemes, közel van szupermarket, gyógyszertár és nem túl messze a metro.
Nagyon kicsi a fürdőszoba, ráadásul a wc is benne van. Két főnél többnek semmiképp nem ajánlanám.
A konyhában összesen 3 db bögre és kiskanál van, ha teázás után még kávézni is akar az ember, előbb mosogatni kell.
