Bonne localisation dans un quartier agréable bien relié au centre par les transports en commun. Studio spacieux bien équipé.
L’adresse renseignée sur Booking ne correspond pas exactement à celle du studio. La communication en cas de besoin peut être améliorée.

The apartment was well appointed and efforts had been clearly put into decorating to make it feel special. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked, the bathroom was huge and lovely, my bed was very comfortable and my grown up child was fine on the sofa bed. The doors let in plenty of light and the balcony was sunny and warm- even in February! We were able to leave our cases before check in and were offered cleaning services. Food and provision delivery was easy and faultless. Its position at the edge of Salamanca was really nice and it is in the centre of Madrid’s Harley Street, transport into central Madrid is easy too.
Some fixtures were loose, but we dealt with those ourselves easily rather than be disturbed. The only real fly that n the ointment was construction work that was being carried out in an adjoining part of the complex, it was most of the day and most of the week. I was recovering from surgery so was in the flat most of the time and it was hard at times. To be fair to Maria, we didn’t say anything at the time and she has said that she would have moved us had we said. The thought of moving and possibly being too far away from my clinic was too much to contemplate, and Maria has offered us a special deal on our next visit 🤗. For a long weekend, this wouldn’t be a problem for most people.

Thin window, allowed all the noise in. There was construction and could easily hear the road.
The floor was dirty and dust balls.
Shelves all dusty
Creaky bed, and bobbly mattress topper that you could feel through the bed sheets.
Looks ok but didn’t feel cosy, or homely. Outdated.
Instructions only given 3 hours before check-in after chasing for information. Had to then download an app too.
Plates all stacked unorganised (not that I used the kitchen).
Tap water did not taste great - need bottle water.
