Figueroa

It was one of the most clean apartments I’ve ever stayed and the location was perfect. It was in a very good spot near Gran via street (about 7 mins walk). The stuff was really friendly and helpful with whatever came up. I would definitely choose this apartment again!

We loved this perfectly sized, brand new flat. It is in a perfect location to explore the Gran Via area and the historic centre. Mercado San Anton and a big supermarket were 100 metres away. A perfect base for a small family to explore Madrid. It had all amenities, was comfortable and clean, and attention to detail. Staff were courteous, well-organised and very helpful.

Nothing really. The air conditioners can be a bit loud but they are awaiting a licence for central air and it will be sorted by the end of 2026. Maybe the photos could be more clearly divided by unit, as we had some confusion as to the beds, but the flat we had was perfect for our family of four. It’s ideal to have laundry and a small kitchen.

Only that the air conditioner of the main room sounded very loudly and we couldn´t sleek with it on. So we have tu turn it off while we slept.

The “cleaning lady” Julia was beyond great. So helpful, kind and way beyond any expectations.. she is the lady that greeted us. the decor was very nice. The location was great.

I had written a question about the elevator and was never answered. There is an elevator to the 4 th floor but the apartment is in the “attic” so there is an entire set of stairs to walk up. This is ok if you have a carry on but we each had 1 large suitcase , a carry on and back pack( we are staying in Europe for 3 months). When I contacted owner she didn’t even answer just circled a previous answer regarding elevator from a Q|A from august! Didn’t even have courtesy to answer . Also the heater situation is questionable at best.. The apartment was extremely cold . We texted owner . She answered” heating guy will be there at 5 pm. “At 7 he still had not showed up. We were wearing our coats and scarves to keep warm. Finally Julia showed up and showed us a little remote on counter. We had never received instructions on how to turn on heat. It showed 19C . She increased it but told us the heater system is set up so that the rooms heat up sequentially. So bathroom and bedroom 1 will first heat up . Bedroom 2 never really got warm. Bedroom 2 person had to sleep with sweater.. no hand towels or paper towels in kitchen. We gladly purchased some the next day but first night had nothing to use.
