Location was amazing. Even if it was on a busy street, I didn’t find it noisy at all. Everything was comfortable and working perfectly.
It was construction in the building so can be dusty but couldn’t really be helped.

Location and price both excellent. Apartment is remarkably quiet at night for its very central location. Bed very comfortable. Staff quickly responded to all inquiries and requests.
The apartment is a bit old fashioned and has a “lived-in” feel. Not a problem when considered in respect of the location and price. They clearly state that there is no elevator - the stairs are wide and not steep.

Good location with it being right in Central Madrid. The room was quite big in itself and the bed was comfortable.
Items available in the room such as an iron, has AC and the kitchen is decently specced. So overall good for convenience
Getting to the property is easy enough and instructions sent are very easy to follow and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating.
The stairs up to the rooms need better lighting as they may or may not come on depending on their mood and go off quickly, leaving the stairway very dark.
Towels could be uniform and more to hotel standards and soap dispensers need to be replaced and labeled better.
I think the room could do with some modernisation , with odd cosmetic defaults that let the place and its aesthetic down.
Sometimes a lot of random banging and thumps can be heard and felt which can ruin the oasis feel.

The bed is comfortable, the location is great and super walkable, the owner is very helpful and nice. Clear instructions to get in.
There is black mold in this property and the building, if you are sensitive to mold like I am I wouldn’t stay here. I had sinus issues the whole time. There was construction going on the whole time I was there and it is extremely loud. This is not a place to relax, but to sleep and then be out all day you might be fine. There was thick dust present in the kitchen. The remote to the heater/AC is broken. A good cleaning and an air purifier would make a difference.
