The apartment consists of a spacious living room with work area, separate kitchen, master bedroom, a second bedroom with single bed, and bathroom. The bedrooms have large closets.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of high capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms.
Supplies included in the price: electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.
We have a crib. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

What we really liked! The location was great- walking distance from Sevilla metro and all shops and restaurants.. feels safe at night....Appartment on 4th floor; 2 small bedrooms, living area with small kitchen and 1 bathroom. All ok, as per the pictures... What we felt could be improved on; extras - simple things like salt and pepper, oil, having more than 2 spoons, coffee pods and tea to get us through 1 day at least. Kettle missing.We rented this for 9 days and would have expected (as per other rentals ) to get cleaner in once to change towels, and do a general clean. Instead we ended buying out own toilet paper too and little extras...After travelling for months, it is the little things that make it a home rather than a commercial operation.... The appt block has 5 floors and on each floor there is a rental... Some were noisy, others were not ...Last two days the lift was broken which can happen anywhere, however, if you have trouble lugging your suitcases up on many stairs...So would we recommend it? Yes if they looked after the details...
