The apartment:
The three-bedroom apartments stand out for their spaciousness, comfort and contemporary design. All bedrooms have double beds and the living room features a comfortable sofa, offering spacious and welcoming spaces to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Important points to note:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
