The property was clean, well equipped and modern with surprisingly spacious bedrooms, located in a quiet area.The host had also left some basic foodstuffs which saved some shopping after arrival.
Location was a bit outside the centre, but I managed the walk a few times and also used the local transport, buses which were a bit erratic.

Lovely surprise of a welcome loaf with butter and milk for brews

The flat was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing throughout. Everything we could possibly need was provided and more. We slept with the windows open and were surprised by how quiet it was, especially given it is a terraced property.
Honestly, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to consider adding a dining table in the kitchen instead of the sofas and coffee table. With young children, it was a bit stressful trying to keep everything tidy while eating, but this is just a personal preference.
