HG1- 4 bed house

Close to Harrogate centre and nice big spacious rooms. The house was also very clean!

Only 1 bathroom for 9 people to share. Kitchen is very equipped! Bring own cooking utensils if planning on doing a lot of cooking!

All the rooms were a really good size and the beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and the location was good for the town centre. The kitchen was well equipped apart from a couple of small items (serving spoon and scissors). The second bedroom had a wash basin which was helpful.

It would have been more relaxing to have more comfortable chairs in the lounge. The outside spaces were overgrown - could just do with a bit of a tidy up. It was very cold when we arrived because windows were open, but it was easy to put the heating on so it warmed up relatively quickly.

Very clean and brilliantly equipped house. Good response time from owners. Good price. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Issue with no hot water upon arrival so rang owner who get back but we managed to sort it.

Large rooms, clean property and bedding. Easy checkin/out. Portable heaters supplied. Well equipped kitchen.

Living room - not comfortable for more than 2 or 3 people. Needs another sofa so people don't have to sit on hard chairs. Amenities - no hand wash or shampoo left, very limited supply cheap toilet roll, no body wash supplied. A very small gesture like some milk would have been welcome on arrival. Bedrooms - would benefit from blackout blinds as the 5am light woke us all up! General condition - house had been well cleaned, but the carpets are tatty, there's damp/mould in bedroom cupboards, and house is very cold. Overall feels like a student house which may be ideal for some groups.
