We stayed there for one night. The property was spotlessly clean. All the rooms were very spacious and very clean!!! There was tea and coffee available, and in the bathroom there was soap, shampoo and conditioner, so you don’t have to take anything with you. The host was brilliant and very accommodating. We asked for a late check-out (one hour later), and she agreed without any extra cost! Fantastic stay!!! 100% recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Large property, suitable for a family as there’s plenty of space. It is split over 3 floors so lots of stairs to climb but it didn’t phase us. Close to shops and restaurants. Situated on a busy road but isn’t noisy.
Broken back gate which wasn’t secure for our dog or children to be playing outside.

Close to Harrogate centre and nice big spacious rooms. The house was also very clean!
Only 1 bathroom for 9 people to share. Kitchen is very equipped! Bring own cooking utensils if planning on doing a lot of cooking!

Good location- we walked into the main town and it only took 15-18 mins through some beautiful areas.
The bed in the largest room needs replacing as it has a dip and you sink into it. The noise from a neighbour’s cockerel woke everyone up at 5am which continued until 6.30am. Issues with some of the curtains not fired correctly and difficult to close fully .
