It’s beautifully done and to a high standard. Lovely welcoming touches, perfectly clean, great options and perfectly placed.
The main bathroom is the bedroom en-suite which was a surprise. With a group of girls that wasn’t an issue, but I think would have been annoying for families.
Also all the bedroom windows were sealed shut. We felt that was a bit of a hazard but with women of a certain age, it was overly hot as we couldn’t get any air and no fans.

I brought my mum for a few days break. We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and homely. The beds are also comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to Kirsty
for such a warm welcome.

Good location.
The bathroom, especially the shower needed a thorough clean. The hot water in the bathroom was not on, the underfloor heating and the heated towel rails in the bathroom were off.
The kitchen still had food scraps left in the kitchen tidy and these were quite smelly.
The front sitting room had stained settees. The garden was in need of attention. The parking was a problem on 3 nights because of visitors to the other flats taking all the available places. THE WASHING MACHINE DOES NOT WORK,
