Lovely, clean and gorgeous inside.

It’s beautifully done and to a high standard. Lovely welcoming touches, perfectly clean, great options and perfectly placed.

The main bathroom is the bedroom en-suite which was a surprise. With a group of girls that wasn’t an issue, but I think would have been annoying for families. Also all the bedroom windows were sealed shut. We felt that was a bit of a hazard but with women of a certain age, it was overly hot as we couldn’t get any air and no fans.

Beautiful character apartment with excellent facilities and a warm welcome pack from the host.

I brought my mum for a few days break. We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and homely. The beds are also comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to Kirsty for such a warm welcome.

Lovely townhouse with spacious rooms and little extras to welcome us. A shame we couldn’t enjoy the property in the day as we were working at the local exhibition Centre

Really great stay!

The apartment was wonderful, tidy and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful even we had additional requests.

Would not stay there again.

Good location.

The bathroom, especially the shower needed a thorough clean. The hot water in the bathroom was not on, the underfloor heating and the heated towel rails in the bathroom were off. The kitchen still had food scraps left in the kitchen tidy and these were quite smelly. The front sitting room had stained settees. The garden was in need of attention. The parking was a problem on 3 nights because of visitors to the other flats taking all the available places. THE WASHING MACHINE DOES NOT WORK,

Disappointing

The en-suite shower drains stunk and this made our bedroom and the hall smell. Also the boiler stopped working so we woke up to a freezing cold flat and no hot water. The owner did come and fix the boiler however we had to put a wet towel over the shower drain to subside the smell.

Wonderful apartment with everything one would need.

It was beautifully furnished and spotless. Everything you could possibly want in an apartment. In fact it felt more like a house. Very comfortable bed. We have recommended it to several family and friends already. We would definitely stay here again.

Common entrance was rather messy at times with tenants boots and shoes had to be stepped over. It wasn’t consistent with the high quality of the apartment. But that’s just a small thing in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Extremely difficult to locate the property in the dark at 5.30pm - no signage, no house number from drive way, it took us a long time to find the place after having to park our car aside and walking in to every house to look for the number in the dark and was raining ! it was so dark that my daughter had a very bad fall. walk way to the house from car park was laid with small pebbles making it impossible to roll the luggage!!! Washing machine was faulty with timer stuck at final 1 minute and door unable to open. The locks at the doors are extremely old and difficult to unlock. This was too experienced and commented by earlier tenants.

dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated and let down.

when we arrived the host was very apologetic and refunded our money straightaway

no one had any explanation on why our booking was not validated, it had been payed for in full 5 months before hand and all confirmed with emails and reference number etc. after reporting this all to customer services, apologies were repeatedly given but with no explanation. our fully planned Xmas and new year break was ruined, all bookings to restaurants and new year celebrations had to be cancelled.

Super comfortable, well appointed flat, but be aware, there is not a second full bathroom.

Super location and very spacious flat. We really enjoyed staying here and our work at the nearby convention centre was made so much more convenient because of this.

This property is advertised as being a two bedroom, two bathroom flat. In reality, it is a two bedroom flat with an en suite full bathroom (shower only) in the main bedroom and a guest loo consisting of a hand basin and toilet. That is NOT a full bathroom. This was fine for our stay, as there were only two of us, but if we had been three, it would have been awkward. The main bedroom is perfect for a couple, while the second bedroom has a single bed only. Mouldy mastic in shower. A bit expensive

Outstanding and very beautiful accommodation.

This is a beautiful home from home, quite literally on the edge of Harrogate. Within a few mins walk of the town center and all its many attractions, restaurants etc. Betty’s cafe, Harrogate Spa. The standard of accommodation is excellent with all rooms beautifully designed and decorated. It boasts stunning pieces of furniture and very good quality furnishings, bedding, towels. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook a full meal, should you chose to and we were gifted a very useful and thoughtful welcome pack with everything needed to get you going. A very very nice place to stay and enjoy the surroundings.

Fantastic place for 2 people!

Lovely big spacious unit in a beautiful old building. Easy walk into central Harrogate.

For a single couple this apartment would rate a 10; but for 2 couples sharing it was not ideal. The ad mentions 2 bathrooms - but that is not correct. The only shower is in the ensuite; the 2nd bathroom is a toilet only. If you are travelling with someone you don't know very well having to get into the shower via the bedroom is awkward. Also, I didn't realise until we got there that the bed for the 4th person would be a sofa bed. When I rechecked the ad I did find that information but it is quite well down the list. Also, parking was available for 1 car but we could never find space for the 2nd - although there was room out on the street at the back.

A really, really lovely apartment. Felt very much at home.

Loved the décor, the welcome card, the generosity of the owner. It was very spacious and the beds were so comfy. The towels were large and fluffy and there was plenty of space.

More than one key would have been handy actually. Also, could not open any windows for fresh air. Finally, sleeps five yet only 4 chairs available at the dining table and no others available in the apartment.
