Clear instructions, everything went smoothly.The lockboxes were easy to find and operate. Our group had two flats. the building was clean and quiet, we had sufficient space to gather within the apartment, the kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook for a large group. The support from our guest was superb and all our requests and issues were handled professionally and in a timely manner. The central location within the town was just perfect! Very close to train and bus stations, shops, conference centre and a large variety of restaurants and venues and also the parks for relax and play.
The key on the front door was a little bit hard to turn at times. The no flushing of toilet paper policy took a bit of getting used to. It was a bit cold on the first night since we adjusted the thermostat a bit too late at night, the rest of the nights were fine.

Our apartment was modern, the heating and shower worked, and it was spacious. It was also very central
We were on 4th floor and there was no lift. We did not mind this but some might

Great location, easy to check in & out. Easy to find all amenities.
Very poor heating system. The place was absolutely freezing cold throughout the night. To the point we all woke from sleep due to being so cold.
