Clean tidy and plenty of space

The property was very nice, but I wouldn’t call it ‘luxury’ as it states on the room listing.

Great value for money better than a hotel any day of the week due to two large rooms and excellent facilities provided for your it was like home from home would highly recommend you stay here.

Excellent location, straightforward check in and check out.

The lack of communication from staff was appalling! I’ve never known an accommodation NOT have someone in customer service over a weekend (the busiest time of the week). We had a small issue with our room albeit very inconvenient and I rang the number provided to learn it wasn’t in service on a weekend so I then emailed about the issue. We’re home now and I still haven’t had a response! And yet I’ve had an email sent about checking out and leaving the hotel so the inbox was obviously manned but nobody could be bothered to reply. The room had no TV remote (not sure if this is the same for all rooms or ours was just missing) and the amenities also listed a streaming service like Netflix was available, again this wasn’t available. There was also an awful foisty smell in the bathroom. Very frustrating when you pay good money to stay somewhere and not be able to speak to anyone with an issue!
