Booked a 2 night stay but loved it soo much added an extra night

Felt safe and secure. Clean, spacious comfortable bed. Everything we needed. Very close to some amazing restaurants and very close to Christie’s the best pub around

Enjoyable. Comfortable. Quiet and convenient. Bathroom and parking let this apartment down.

Easy access to property. The location was good giving easy access to shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was so small, cramped and the washbasin was tiny. Totally unacceptable for the luxury apartment we were expecting. We are not large people but the distance between the toilet, shower and washbasin was ridiculous and small. Carrying luggage in the rain from the car parking was a long way.

Home from home 😊👍

Sarah was lonely to deal with both on the phone and in the flesh when we arrived. The apartment was a home from home and it was lovely to stay there rather than a one bedroom hotel room. We will definitely be back for another stay.

The only boggle we had was the quilt on the bed could have been better fit, I mentioned this to Sarah and she told me why and this was being rectified.

Great base to explore Harrogate and surrounding area.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location close to the conference centre, town centre and gardens. All the members of staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly. Kitchen is small but very well equipped.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of twon.

Location is unbelievable, right in the centre of town. The apartment was spotless with lots of nice extra touches. I mistakenly booked a room with a spiral staircase, and after noticing my comment about partner currently using a crutch, they contacted me and offered a different apartment, which was very nice of them.

Literally my only slight negative (not a complaint, because it wouldn't stop me booking again), but the hallways were insanely warm.

Great location, exceptionally clean and well equipped.

The apartment above the bedroom has very squeaky floor boards. Kept us awake. When we arrived the apartment was quite cold and took several hours to warm up.

Excellent facilities and great location make this a very good choice

Great location in the centre of Harrogate. Easily accessed with door code and lockbox for the appartment. Very spacious, tidy and fully equipped. Lift access to 1st floor which made it easier wih our luggage. Would definitely use again.

Parking in multi storey , you have to pay on arrival and had to keep going back to put money on which was quite expensive. Only a small gripe tho , we would definitely stay again.

Only the fact there was a drop down step in the room near the bed which my wife was worried she'd get up in the night and forget it was there, it's only a small thing, everything else was great.

Lovely ace to stay

Apartment was spotless, spacious and opposite the conference centre

A bit noisy on Saturday night. There were no staff about at all so it was very impersonal. Key boxes very difficult to align code and even more difficult to open. I was wrestling with it and almost gave up. Key code on outside door difficult to read, silver when frosted doesn't work.

Well laid out, good size for a family of four. All the appliances you could need. Clear instructions. Convenient location. Easy access.

Living room could use a few more lights and one of the dining area chairs was really loose and wobbly. The toilet also felt a bit cramped. But these are little nit-picks for an otherwise amazing apartment

The perfect stay for a convention weekend!

The apartment was very modern, fairly clean, came with all of the amenities you could need, and the location couldn't be better for trips to the convention centre or even town centre, it's very well located. The check-in process was a breeze, all the instructions were very clear and helpful, very reassuring.

We encountered some subtle spots of uncleanliness. The top of the wardrobe had considerable dust, and the filter of the dishwasher hadn't been cleaned out in a while, as there were pieces of food still inside

Fabulous Stay 5*

Beautiful apartment, clean, everything you need for a weekend away. The cute little touches of the sweets on the beds and in the living room. The apartments are right in town and you have everything you need but you dont hear any noise at night from outside. Highly recommend and we'll definitely stay again.

Great location for Convention centre (4 minutes walk) shops, restaurants and bars within minutes. Apartment had everything we needed, was comfortable and spotlessly clean would definitely stay again. Much more comfortable than a hotel room.

Excellent property and host, good value for money and location - would stay again!

It was great value for money overall, I would highly recommend this host. The location was excellent. The property was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable. The host had great communication throughout. The instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the property were very clear and useful.

We could hear the front door to the building going on occasion, but it didn't interrupt our sleep. The TV in the living room didn't have enough power to allow my Roku Streaming Stick to work, so we had to use the bedroom TV meaning we didn't spend much time in the living area. If tea and coffee was provided that would've been a nice touch. The parking nearby was pricey (£32 for two days), but the parking was close and as the property was good value for money, it wasn't an issue.

Lovely four night break with hubby in our favourite place Harrogate, always try to visit every year.

Excellent location, facilities in apartment were spot on nothing to complain about, did have reservations when we booked the apartment if we would hear road noise but honestly couldn’t hear a thing, would definitely stay again and in the same apartment 1C
