Our experience of HLA was very good. Clear notes were provided by email by Sarah prior to our arrival. The entrance from the street was quite smart as was the entrance lobby. The room was modern , clean and adequate although it has to be said, in our room the shower area was a little tight.

The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was central and we were able to access free parking easily.
The apartment was clean, light and airy the only thing that would have been useful were measuring spoons as I did cook while there.

Well organised. Easy to locate. Be aware that parking for the weekend was an additional £40. Having to leave at 10:30am and all the rules about additional charging etc made us feel a bit on edge. There was a damp smell in the bathroom which I suspect was from the fact there was no window.
Weird damp smell in bathroom. Early checkout and extra rules felt harsh
