The place itself is really nice and the location is great.
The company are possibly the worst I’ve ever stayed with. Firstly they charged a damage fee which is not stated the price of anywhere on booking.com. It’s now been 5 weeks since our stay and I am still yet to receive our parking cost reimbursement with the team putting it off every time I email… will we ever get the money back? I doubt it! Free parking is not true.
The outdoor roof top flooring needs some work too as some parts are broken. All of this is a shame because the place itself is great.
