Modern, free parking on street at weekends.
Had all the items needed if you were self catering.
A little bit noisy from road noise but we slept well it was our fault as we didn’t realise windows were open slightly at the top as they were sash windows.

Everything was easy to manage regarding getting into and leaving the property. The properties were really lovely. We loved the decor and the quality of the bed and furnishings etc. Also a great location with a convenience store and quality pubs over the road. Asda supermarket a few minutes away.
The room was quite cold on arrival. The radiators took a while to heat up. There may have been a temporary problem during our stay as someone downstairs mentioned how cold it was. The temperature in the hallway/communal area was also cold (less than 12 degrees). Presumably due to the radiator not being on/working. But overall a great place to stay, really lovely.

The location is excellent, the town centre being a five minute walk away. Very comfortable bed and nice big smart TV which makes a nice change. Well equipped kitchen with an induction hob and combi oven. Nice big bathroom and very efficient guest communications team who answered all queries very quickly.
The parking, it’s permit controlled between 9am and 6pm which is inconvenient. There is a long stay car park close by which is cheap enough but it was strangely empty during the day and out of sight of the accommodation.

Lovely room, nice bathroom and plenty of facilities, and close proximity to town centre

Good location, and good value for money.
Was an empty beer bottle left by cleaner.

Plenty of space, quiet and private… outdoor space great and comfy bed…
Didn’t really understand the parking disc system and where to get one from!

It was clean tidy and a short walk in to town.

The location, the size of the studio, the tub and shower, the kitchen facilities.
The communication with the property managers was challenging. The service offered did not meet the minimum standard of cleanliness. No additional trash bags given, no changing of the bed sheets after 3-7 days. We had to change our sheets ourselves. Parking was a nightmare, only 3 hrs at a time per day - other properties offer a short term parking pass for the area. Under the bed had accumulated a lot of dust.

Clean. Warm. Comfortable.
No coffee or tea or biscuits. Ability to make it but. I ingredients provided. We arrived late after a long busy working day and left very early next morning. Some sustenance would have been good.

The location was a bit further away that I thought I'd booked but the accommodation was more than worth it. The house was immaculate and the perfect place for us all to stay for the weekend. Everything you could want already provided.
That we had to leave.

Generally a good location.
Had a double room which was quite spacious with a small en-suite.
On street parking but you need to pick up a free permit in town first.
No bedside lamp so you turned off the main light then walked in pitch black to the bed.
Needs a chair or footstool in the bedroom as very little space to put your things other than the windowsill or floor.

Dragon Villas was being used as a homeless people's refuge while I was staying there. A group of young men were smoking dope directly underneath my window. There were noisy comings and goings throughout the day and night. I was not informed of this development before my stay, otherwise I would never have stayed there. Rain poured through the leaking bathroom window, there was no sofa or comfy chair, no wardrobe or place to hang clothes - just a manky old chest of drawers. I visit Harrogate often but will never stay in this awful place again.

Lovely property in a great location if you are spending a few days to mooch around Harrogate. Loved the decor and the bed was super comfortable!
Whilst the decor is beautiful, it is looking a bit tired in places, especially the public areas (stairs)

Nothing! Do not book this property! From the exterior to interior- you will not find “luxury” !
We arrived for 1 night stay and found :
dishwasher full of dirty dishes, stains on the sofa, was very unclean. The entrance carpet down to the basement apartment is unclean, stains on carpet. The shower room has passed its sell by date. The full apartment should be refurbed if “luxury” used to describe it”. The handles on each door are very difficult to turn as poorly fitted. Everything feels old and cheaply turned out. The outside of the property is unkept.
We did not stay as found the description so different to what we experienced. Still trying to seek a refund as owners of property feel the refund is not justified. Booking.com also being challenging - as claiming they are a 3rd party and their customer service has been very poor.

Brilliantly located with good outdoors space for our dog and really easy parking. Really well equipped for a small apartment.

Apartment was comfortable, clean and in a perfect location
We did not have any hot water. We contacted the emergency number to ask about this after trying everything we could think of. We were told by the maintenance company that they would find out what needed to be done and call us back, but never received the call.

It was quite comfortable
I had a bit of issue trying to use the cooking hob, but it was later resolved , other than that it was a very comfortable stay

The property is a stunning older building which has been renovated to a high standard. The rooms are for the most part well appointed with tasteful, expensive deocration. My bed was a huge king and the bedding crisp and very clean. The kitchentte was a tasteful design as was the bathroom. The location of the property is a short 10 minute walk from the centre of Harrogate and there was free on-street parking (I was there Saturday night). When I had issues (and I had a few) the lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and professional.
There is a serious lack of attention to detail which massively lets down what would be a stunning apartment/hotel. The TV is large but has no aerial so you have to log into streaming services. That is normally no issue but there were two problems - the remote control didn't work and there was no wifi. It came and went and was incredibly weak. When I called the helpline as there is no one physically on site, the lady was very helpful but couldn't really help. The property needs wifi boosters in every room as the router does not reach every room. I was given key box codes to two other rooms to test their wifi and it didn't work in either room. It was also suggested I used the batteries from another remote to test whether that was my issue. One of the other remotes (in another bedroom) didn't have any batteries at all! The kitchenette is also high quality and there was a lovely nespresso style coffee machine. Sadly, there were no coffee capsules left by the machine and as the machine is an older version, you can't buy capsules in the local Asda. As I had keys to two other rooms I used their capsules but my kitchen should have been properly stocked as having the machine would have been a total waste of time. There is a small oven but nothing to use in the oven - not even a baking tray. I booked the room after a busy week of travel to chill out in the evening, cook a small meal and lay in a big comfy bed to watch a movie. Sadly, I was unable to do any of that. I was patient but ultimately, the helpline staff are unable to do anything as they can't come to the property. I was given a £30 rebate as a gesture of goodwill but had I known this things, I wouldn't have booked. It's a real shame as the room was stunning and it should have been a really relaxing day in Harrogate and chill out in the room later. They need to get the basics right.

Communication before the visit was excellent. Clean and well presented accommodation. All the facilities in the kitchen were great! A great selection of glasses, very impressive. The TV was very clever with the back lighting.
No complaints. Found the key box for the garden room tricky to open a bit fiddly when you have long nails. But this is just a tiny point to help future guest, not a complaint at all!!! The stay was perfect.

Easy to find. Good communication. Clean
The bed was very short for a tall person and it also was tricky fitting in the tiny shower.

The location is very close to the city centre.
The internet connection was inexistant. To use my own data was a huge problem.
In the basement suite you suffer from the noise from the Royal Garden suite. Couldn’t sleep properly because those people were noisy. I had to knock on their door to ask them to keep the noise down.

High ceilings. Cosy and comfortable. Check in very easy. We used both (3 hour) Disc parking on the road outside and longer term 'All Day' parking nearby next to Asda.

Property was well equipped and clean and also easy to access and close to shops
The kitchen was a welcome addition we cooked a nice meal
The bed was very comfortable and the tv was great
The staff were helpful via txt and quick to respond to any questions
The WiFi didn’t work so had to connect the tv to our mobile phone hotspot but that worked fine. I feel the rooms need some TLC if I’m honest or at least ours did there was a cracked tile infront of the toilet, also a large screw in the shower temp knob instead of the bit that should have been there originally also a bit of a water mark in the corner of the ceiling were there had obviously been a leak at some point so I think there just needs to be a bit of work done to freshen up the room they are advertised as luxury apartments after all. These things didn’t ruin our stay by any means we had a great night but they do need looking at especially as I paid £150 for one night (Easter weekend)

Easy check in, amazing comfy bed, great kitchenette very equipped. Nice decor. Nice area. Great coffee machine. Perfect for evening in Harrogate.
Please have some parking discs available in the house. Parking was difficult without this.
Small touches need checking like lightbulbs (bathroom bulbs) and shower knobs - screw in the shower handle.
3.0 / 10.0
No wifi the whole stay whilst working away and no phone signal to work off due to being in the cellar.
Got some feedback it was an antenna down. But I looked into this online when I left the building and there was no record of this.
Also being downstairs the rooms above are very noisy, as is the shower.
2.0 / 10.0
The check-in process was smooth and easy as instructions were written clearly and well. The TV could play music as described. Amenities were all provided as described in the property description. While the sofa bed was indeed comfy enough to be used as a single bed for guests, l'd recommend the property for guests of 3 instead of 4, unless you do not mind a little bit of a squeeze in bed. The amount of extra towels and blankets prepared was also very much appreciated. Ventilation in the bathroom was amazing. The shower's water current was strong and the well heated water supply made the shower experience enjoyable.
The shower and sink systems were both incredibly noisy and would make loud unmissable noises every 10 seconds or so while in use. The soundproofing of the place is horrible as well, we could hear footsteps clearly from the guests a floor above and the dragging of suitcases across the floor etc throughout our stay, making it completely unsuitable for light sleepers. We also unfortunately had to deal with two slugs present in the toilet, suggesting that the hygiene of the property is perhaps questionable. There was quite a lot of dust in the air, causing one of the guests to develop an allergic reaction. Something worth mentioning would be the lack of mirrors in the toilet. Depending on personal lifestyle needs, you may find yourself needing to use the mirror situated in the living room while you are in the toilet.
General lighting of the property was not suitable/challenging for doing your makeup.
