Location into the town,local shops and facilities.

Car parking space at the back very tight! Instructions stated back door key could be accessed at back door(as we parked here) Perhaps just minor error from cleaning/servicing team.

it was a fantastic location and beautiful property, but it would have been nice to have some essentials such as salt & pepper, basic items glad wrap, oil, washing powder etc as when you are travelling from overseas these essentials you don't need for very long. Parking was an issue every day unfortunately The bed in the other room (small bed room) I'm sorry to say the mattress was not comfortable at all, it was lumpy.

Great location, beautifully decorated, great facilities, fast internet.

Both bedroom carpets were full of dog wee stains. Was very off-putting and unhealthy in the bedroom. If it wasn't for this, we would give top marks and return again as we have family here. We have stayed in many dog friendly accommodations and have never encountered this.

The price paid was based on the location and parking. Central harrogate, easy to find, good location.

It is advertised as luxury, its not luxury, its basic, the shower room is tiny in comparison to the rest of the apartment and not very clean. In fact there was quite a few items that need attention both cleanliness and fixing. The furniture is showing signs of wear and the dining table is unsafe. We are asked to leave the apartment as we find, so I did! See photos of items that need attention. The apartment was cold and there was a damp smell in the back bedroom, I had to put all the towels in the dryer as they were still damp after laundering. There was one bin liner? And the shower room could have had better quality shower items and shampoo.
