Fabulous! We will most definitely be back.
We visited as a group of 12 visiting the Christmas markets and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all shops and amenities. The accommodation itself was spotless. Karen, the host, couldn’t do enough for us. The communication was clear and prompt. The hamper and goodies left for us to enjoy was a lovely touch.

Perfect for a family gathering
The location to the centre was perfect. The bedrooms were well lovely and had en-suites or own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. There was nearby areas to walk our dogs. The welcome pack was unexpected, but a lovely touch. Just what we needed on our arrival. There was enough parking for 2/3 cars on the drive dependent on size. The permits for street parking were perfect. An enjoyable stay.
It is a minor thing - The lounge was a bit of a squeeze for 12 people - but it is rare you have this many people in one room. The dining room fitted us easily.

Perfect house for our group of girls, we loved it
Lovely house with everything we needed. The location was really good. Karen was very good with her communication and information. Would definitely recommend this property. We had a great stay.

very comfy beds, lovely welcome and a lovely welcome hamper. Thank you for all the attention to details. LOVED the location - especially for the convention centre!
umm - not really sure. nothing to say really - would be useful to know what sort of things will be in the hamper, as we could have ordered a little less food

Exceptional
We loved the house and all of its en suite bedrooms. The lounge was bigger than we thought. The dining room was beautiful with the Christmas tree in the window. Great table to seat 12 people. This property has recently been taken over by Karen and she has plans for the house that will transform the slightly dated appearance that it presently has. We were a large family group of 10 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect for a lovely Christmas all together. Karen was very easily contacted and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property.
The work surface is limited in the kitchen when cooking for a large number of people but on a plus side the kitchen is very well equipped.
