Karen the host was so easy to contact prior to our arrival and gave an extremely comprehensive welcome letter with all the information. The keys were in a lock box next to the front door. There are 7 double bedrooms 6 are en- suite with the final bedroom having a bathroom across the landing. It was perfect for us. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive and then the others all easily parked outside on the road and Karen provides permits throughout the stay. There were 11 of us and more than enough chairs around the large dining table. We self catered both Friday Night and Saturday Morning, the kitchen facilities were excellent, with everything you could need to cook and serve a full English. There were also a great selection of glasses for all types of drinks. The house is 8 minutes easy walk into the centre of Harrogate to the restaurants and bars. A perfect location.

We visited as a group of 12 visiting the Christmas markets and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all shops and amenities. The accommodation itself was spotless. Karen, the host, couldn’t do enough for us. The communication was clear and prompt. The hamper and goodies left for us to enjoy was a lovely touch.

The location to the centre was perfect. The bedrooms were well lovely and had en-suites or own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. There was nearby areas to walk our dogs. The welcome pack was unexpected, but a lovely touch. Just what we needed on our arrival. There was enough parking for 2/3 cars on the drive dependent on size. The permits for street parking were perfect. An enjoyable stay.
It is a minor thing - The lounge was a bit of a squeeze for 12 people - but it is rare you have this many people in one room. The dining room fitted us easily.
