FREE Parking - Dog Friendly - Relocating - LT

This flat is well-equipped for up to three people on a longer stay. It was clutter-free with every cooking utensil we needed, plenty of clothing storage, comfortable beds, and a shower with decent water pressure. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed after checking in.

Unfortunately, our stay overlapped two heatwaves and the flat became quite warm. The host kindly provided a second fan upon request but room-darkening curtains with a white backing would have made a significant difference. Both bedrooms face east, and the current shades don't fully cover the windows, allowing in all the early morning light and heat. Curtains would also help keep the west-facing living room cooler during the afternoon and evening. The front garden was shaded and it would have been nice to spend time outdoors but we were not allowed to use it. It didn’t have any furniture anyways and the lawn wasn’t suitable for a picnic but it has lots of potential. One note for groups of four adults (there were only three of us): the space may not be well-suited for you. The dining table is bolted to the wall so it barely fits 3 people and there is only one sofa in the living room. In addition, one side of a bed sits beneath a steeply sloped ceiling that a fourth adult would undoubtedly bump their head on. Some new furniture in the main living area would remedy most of this. Also, be aware that the dedicated parking space advertised with the listing may not always be available. During our stay, the downstairs neighbor consistently parked well over the line, leaving no room for another vehicle. He also rarely moved his vehicle. We were thankful we were car-free and didn’t need to rely on that space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would rate this an 8.5 if booking.com allowed half points. We just wished it was a bit more summer-ready.
