A comfortable apartment in a good location. Well equipped kitchen although a roll of kitchen paper would have been helpful. Contacting the helpline was easy once we found the WhatsApp details. Staff responded quickly. Comfortable beds.

We didn't realise that the bedrooms and bathroom were in the basement. We had two small children with us and had to stand guard at the stairs when they went from sitting room into kitchen and back. This needs a stair gate. Garden is just a yard covered in slate chippings, not great for kids. One bed covered in hairs, we got new bedding. Bin lid doesn't stay closed, not hygienic in this hot weather. Steps into property and also inside are not suitable for people with walking difficulties

Spacious and bright

The door lock is very tricky and needs replacing. We were sent a message beforehand to say that if we got the key stuck in the door then we would incur the charges of a locksmith, which didn’t particularly feel very user friendly!

Location was brilliant

You could hear lots of noise from people upstairs. Front door to flat was an internal door and had an inch gap so door wouldn't stay shut without locking on inside. So when people from upstairs came in it sounded like they were in your room. Also my daughter was stood at the back door seeing her dogs out to be covered in faeces from the down pipe from the upstairs flat when I reported this I just got a sorry but I felt that didn't cut it because who'd have been happy covered in someone's faeces. The throes in the lounge were obviously not washed regularly because they smelt. There was no pillows for the sofa bed. The shower system made a horrendous noise I've never heard anything like it. Also front door you had to be careful with or you could have easily been locked out. We had to rescue the people upstairs because they were locked out and lucky for the we came.home early.
