Great location, one of the best equipped properties we have stayed in - everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were very comfortable with large spacious showers in the bathrooms. Location was fabulous for us with kids, opposite the valley gardens play area and green space. Easy beautiful walk down through the gardens to Harrogate town center. The kids want to go back again and we’re very upset to leave.

10-15 mins walk into town
Security light at back kept lighting up bedrooms at back at night when neighbours were outside in path despite nice blinds. Could do with either curtain or blackout blind in both twin and double bedrooms.

The house is in a perfect location, its a short walk through a beautiful park to the centre. We visited as a group of 6, 2 teenagers, grandparents myself, my husband and a dog, there was ample space for everyone, the parking along the road is free, it does get busy but we never struggled to find a parking spot close to the house.
