About this house rental
The house comprises of living room with Smart TV. Separate dining room with seating for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher, oven and microwave, back door out to a private and attractive patio area with decking and outdoor seating – lovely in the Summer months.
First floor: two good sized bedrooms, one with a twin bed option, house bathroom with bath and shower over. The larger master bedroom has Smart TV. Second floor: two further bedrooms, one with twin bed option, bathroom with bath and shower over. Parking is on street with permits which we provide for 1 vehicle. Good Wifi throughout the property.

Was in a great location however it didn’t say that it was an end terrace with a path at the running the length of the house. Also it didn’t mention that there were steep slippery steps to get on to the rear garden which again was just a slab and deck area which wasn’t a garden as such. Living area very small and if at full occupancy wouldn’t be able to fit everyone in. TV & internet not great and had to keep refreshing to get connection. Could do with a bit of TLC. Cheaply done throughout with areas of damp and previous leaks etc
