About this apartment rental
Spacious Duplex ground floor Apartment. Located on Harrogate's King's Road which is a very central town location. Independent restaurants and bars a stone’s throw away. This property overlooks the Harrogate Convention Centre.
1 Private parking space on a first come first serve basis.
Dog friendly, with an extra charge of £20 per dog and you'll receive essentials like feeding bowls.
Spacious lounge perfect for groups with a king-size sofa bed, armchair, 2 seater sofa, dining table with 6 chairs.
Window seat which is a great spot for people watching.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen for self catering, double oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher (tabs provided), Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
Tea, sugar and coffee pods are provided.
Cloakroom toilet off the lounge and kitchen.
*All the beds can be split into twins on request*

This was a great home base for a few days in Harrogate. Lydia was very responsive and made checking in and out super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was well equipped and very clean. We thought parking was going to be an issue but it wasn't. Great location for exploring Harrogate. Would book again, no question!

This was our second stay at this property. We like it because it is; roomy (3 beds and 3 en-suites), it's near the convention centre, it has ground floor access and a ground floor bedroom (for Grandma). It's tidy and clean and all linens are provided - especially loved the big fluffy white towels and the funky wallpaper! The kitchen has everything you need, except a microwave (which would have been useful). The property manager is responsive to any questions, and quick to sort out any issues, which is really excellent. All in all it's a great place to stay!
