The location is perfect for exploring Harrogate on foot. We had a car, and the dedicated car park spot behind the building is perfect because parking can be tricky to find otherwise. The 'garden' flat is exactly as described - even better than I had expected because there are 2 little courtyards accessible from the flat. One in front and one at the back from the master bedroom. We knew this was a basement flat and was prepared for it to be dark but very pleasantly surprised that it is filled with light with every living space having outdoor windows (including the bathroom and the 2nd bedroom). The galley-style kitchen is small but there wasn't anything that a family of four would miss. All white goods including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer which is very much appreciated in wet British weather. The bathroom is so modern and the walk-in rainshower (with separate hand held shower) amazing! The interior is furnished beautifully - very stylish, modern holiday flat with character - we ended up staying in more than we thought we would.
The shower stall needs something to stop splashes onto the floor. We were supplied with plenty of towels to keep the bathroom dry - but we were worried about the floor.

A lovely local place to stay, only 5 minutes from the centre of town. No need to use the car for short trips and an easy safe place to park. A real home from home. Everything was provided. We would definately stay again if coming back to the area.

Collecting and leaving the keys was very easy and accessible. Having the essentials like tea and coffee was also great for us.
nice quirky little place perfect for a few friends or a family.
We booked a place with parking and yes it has parking but the parking restrictions made our visit a little trickier, We were working in the convention center and had to start earlier than check in and had to work later then check out, so had to find parking elsewhere on the first and last day so had additional costs added to our stay. not their fault but just be mindful of this if booking for business.
