Welcome to Mayfield One, a stylish and modern ground floor apartment ideally located on the doorstep of Harrogate town centre. This property is one of three Airbnb purpose built apartments in the same building, which together can accommodate up to 12 guests if booked together, ideal for groups attending conferences, events, or family gatherings.
Recently refreshed with upgraded bedrooms, hotel quality cotton linens, and the new 50” Samsung Smart TV , this apartment is just a short walk from both the Harrogate Convention Centre and the town centre. It has been upgraded with light interior refresh to further enhance the guest experience. New professional photos will be added shortly as we continue to improve the apartments.
Both bedrooms are filled with ample amounts of natural daylight throughout the day and give you more than enough space to lounge, sleep and get ready for the day ahead. The beds and mattresses are of a premium quality and come with high thread count linen to match.
The living area/kitchen area is open plan and leaves you with 4 important decisions to make. Relax, Cook, Eat or all of the above? The new 50” Samsung Smart TV is loaded with everyday TV plus Netflix, you can also find some board games in the drawers. Pack your chef's hat because the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates and all the glassware you could possibly need to treat your loved ones or to dine alone. That can be enjoyed in the dining area that is set up and ready to go for you as soon as you arrive!

Keys are accessed through a lockbox at the front of the property. Access codes are provided 24 hours before your arrival date.
Driving/Parking:
We provide a disc that allows you to park outside the front of the property for up to 2 hours whilst you drop off your luggage. There is plenty of free on street parking less than a 5 minute walk from the property. We will provide pin locations for your convenience.
Train/Bus:
The property is around a 7 minute walk from Harrogate's main train and bus station in town.
Parking: We provide parking discs which allow you to park directly outside the front of the property for up to 2 hours. You will then have pin locations for 2 streets less than a 5 minute walk away that will allow you to park free of charge.

Management company very responsive to imnitial notification of minor shortfalls in kitchen acoutrements. Neighbor hood close to town center for those able to walk a mile or so. However, too clse to town to interest Uber drivers who are inclined to ignore half mile rides! Second bedroom suitable for children with thin legs. Ovwrall a convenient, nicely decorated little unit for a short stay.

The location was fairly central and the furnishings were as advertised. The ease of check in and check out was easy. Where this flat fell short on was on these things:-patio table and chairs were dirty so we couldn’t sit outside -no paper towels and was only given 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days. I had to purchase more-laundry in the machine on arrival and no laundry tablets provided. Had to purchase. Otherwise the furnishings and cleanliness was good. Although I had to park the car for long term parking elsewhere, it wasn’t very far.
