Great central location Well equipped, very clean and comfortable

There was nothing I didn’t like

Very convenient for the Harrogate Conference Centre, yet in a quiet location because it's situated off the main road. There were two lovely spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms - 1 en suite, and a well equipped kitchen and pleasant dining room / lounge. The free off street car parking was helpful and convenient and the ground floor accommodation made it easy for unloading and re loading the car. Easy access into the property was a big bonus! :o)

1. There was an electric meter on the microwave which displayed expenditure . We exceeded the allocated budget but it was reading £7 when we arrived! This made us feel unwelcome & extravagant - but we had paid upfront for the stay and there was no mention of an electricity tariff. We we were not extravagant, it was February, so lights were required, but we were were out most of the time and only came back for a short time to make quick, easy meals and used the eco programme once a day, on the dishwasher. 2. There was a threat of water coming through the bedroom ceilings as there were several water stains in both bedrooms - so at present it would appear that there maybe plumbing issues in the accommodation above. 3. The drain outlet in the en-suite shower was blocked on arrival - this made for unhygienic, unpleasant showering. 4. There were several cracked floor tiles in the kitchen and bath-room.

Location was perfect, apartment on quiet road, short walk into Harrogate. Spacious, comfortable with 2 bathrooms & parking. Beds were very comfortable. Instructions easy to follow .

Beautiful home with great facilities, very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely book again.
