Fabulous

Fabulous location, great rooms with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were recently fitted and views / location wonderful! Nice to have things like tea and coffee, dishwasher tabs and loo rolls provided and plenty of storage. Very clean.

We had a fabulous stay and nothing detracted from our visit. Just a couple of details that could be looked at. Firstly the master bedroom needs a new lightbulb but the bedsides were bright enough so no issue. Also the bath plug wasn’t completely sealing so we had to keep topping up the water. Finally the living room could do with a fresh lick of paint to match the high quality of the other rooms.

It met all our expectations.

The location was perfect for walking in the park, proximity to town and walking at nearby reservoirs. We totally enjoyed our stay in Harrogate.

Perhaps some milk in the fridge would be a nice touch.

slight lingering odour of cooking - cure - room diffuser ? also beds could be a bit better but ok(ish)

Just missing a non slip mat for the shower and maybe a few more plates/bowls.

Very good

Really nice decor and spacious layout. Lots of good quality utensils for cooking and equipment for cleaning.

The mattress in the main bedroom was really uncomfortable with broken springs. If this was replaced the flat would have been perfect.
