A lovely central apartment with parking and close to all amenties, would highly recommend.

A beautifully equipped flat with plenty of room in a very central location.

A beautifully equipped flat in a very central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Everything we needed was provided, including unexpected bonuses such as a picnic rug and basket. The rooms were comfortable, with free parking in a large private garage and good wifi connection. There was a lovely kitchen / dining/ living area to socialise in, The host was attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is immediately overlooking a hotel beer garden and a bin area. This was inevitably a little loud at times, although not enough to bother our party of adults. Because of a planned music event there during our stay the host arranged for us to have a free meal at the hotel, which was very good! The flat is on the top floor, with no lift. This may not suit everybody but was no problem for us.

The location was perfect. Parking was easy. A short walk into town and to the bus/train station.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge with children and luggage.

Peaceful and regenerating stay

The place is within walking distance to the centre of Harrogate. It is also practically round the corner to the park. Amenities are also available within a 3 minute walk. The host left the instructions to all appliances, and everything was clear. She even left a basket with a blanket and all for any possible picnic.

Lovely property in central location. Three good sized rooms, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Also bonus of having a garage that I could use for my car while staying there. Would definitely recommend.

Harrogate weekend

I booked this apartment for a family get together - the apartment was lovely, beautifully furnished and decorated, well equipped. Location was excellent - 10 min walk from railway station and shops.

Nothing really. I had contacted the owner prior to our visit and asked if there would be any fans available due to the heatwave. Elizabeth kindly sourced 3 fans - an absolutely necessity in the heat.

Perfect to discover Harrogate!

Elizabeth has been super helpful from A to Z. The flat is superb, newly refurbished (and WELL refurbished. The attention to details is outstanding for that type of flat). There is everything for familles (baby bed, kids plates & cutlery). Sofas and beds are super comfy. There are both a bathtub and shower so perfect for everyone. Flat was clean and really cosy. Location is great, around 10 min by foot from the train station, there is a Waitrose and The Strand less than 5 min away. To resume : exceptional host + great flat + fantastic location, would 100% recommend

It's absolutely not a default from the flat/host, but the hotel behind was blasting extremely loud music all week-end (it seems to be an exceptionnal case). But Elizabeth took the matter on her own hands and we really appreciated her help.

Excellently presented - everything provided that you could possibly need. Even milk in the fridge when you arrive. Clean, comfortable and accomodating.

Fantastic stay

Location excellent. We stayed over Christmas, Elizabeth had a few Christmas Decorations and Bon Bons in our accommodation. Lots of extra bits. Phone charger cables, pens, note book, serviettes. Clear instructions in a folder. Easily able to contact Elizabeth.

Excellent location, near the centre of Harrogate so we were able to walk everywhere.

Comfortable bed, plenty of large fluffy towels, the property was warm with the central heating preset morning and evening. always plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. good mirrors and storage space in the bedrooms.

Because we had meals at the property we had recycling but there were no facilities for separating recyclables from non- recylables. the cupboards in the kitchen were high, a pair of kitchen steps would have been a good idea. The immediate external to the property was very unattractive and forbidding. We were warned about the two flights of stairs, even so one member of our party with an arthritic knee found them very hard.

Christmas break in Harrogate

The Harrogate Penthouse was a super find. A last minute Christmas getaway for my family and I. So clean and comfortable. Perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Harrogate. The mod-cons in the kitchen were great and the temple spa products in the bathroom were a real treat.

A little hard to find to begin with. The garage key fob ran out of battery so we couldn't get our car out but Oliver very kindly came early on boxing day to open it for us before we left.

Beautiful apartment convenient for Harrogate town centre.

Booking.com did not provide the checkin details prior to our arrival but we were able to reach Oliver straight away by phone and he talked us through locating the keys and gaining entry and he then provided written details via text. Excellent location, convenient walking distance for everything in the town. The shared hallway was quite basic and modest but the apartment was well laid out, bright and airy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely - we were just two adults so one bathroom was fine - would be less convenient if 2 or 3 couples were staying in the apartment. Bathroom toiletries were very nice and the provision of milk, water, tea, coffee etc much appreciated.

Two of the bedrooms didn't have plug sockets near a mirror making drying hair rather challenging, but this was a minor drawback.

Fantastic location and excellent hosts

Location was fantastic. In walking distance of everything (I.e food, drinks, shopping and great parks. Flat was very clean and comfortable and the hosts really have tried to think about what you will need during your stay.. Safe and secure parking in a garage on site (I could actually park my 3 series and had plenty of room for everyone to get in and out etc). 3 great sized bedrooms, very spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Open plan living room, kitchen and diner with modern and fresh decor. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a central location.

Beautiful classic apartment, clean and family-friendly.

Property was beautiful, clean and with all the things we needed. Oliver was really helpful before and during our stay. We are a couple with two small children who also loved it. The location was very central and close to town and amenities.

The only issue we had was the music from the neighbouring restaurant, but this was quiet by 10:15pm so not a huge problem. It couldn’t be heard from the left hand bedroom so if you have small kids maybe put them in there :)
