Relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable

The bedrooms were lovely and all had big beds. The kitchen was really nicely stocked with the essentials.

The pink sofas weren’t particularly comfortable but that’s a minor problem, I can think of anything else.

Great house for large family or group looking to enjoy Harrogate

The space! Superset dining and living room. Large bathrooms. Parking for two cars. Well equipped kitchen. 20 ish min walk into town.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Although it was near a main road, it is very quiet at night. There's a small supermarket nearby, and the bus stop is just a few steps away, which makes it very convenient. The kitchen was also very well-equipped.

Superb

The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and as the weather was good, we enjoyed the garden and decking area with the garden furniture. Only a short walk to the town centre. Being able to park at the property was very useful. The information received from the host was useful and timely.

Gorgeous, cozy & comfortable house with private parking & easy walk into town

Easy to walk into town & off street parking. The house is beautiful (nicer than the pics actually), really warm & the log burner made it even cosier. Rooms were huge & shower on top floor seems new. Communication with owner was brilliant & he responded quickly when I had a couple of questions. He allowed us to leave car on the drive until we left at 2pm as no-one coming after us.

The host was 1st class from start to finish and was quick to respond to any queries and also very accommodating.. The location was great and we had 8 of us in our family group.. the photos/description were true to form, unlike other places I've been where its not what was stated on the tin! The location was within easy reach of everything and I was surprised how much harrogate had to offer by way of places to go etc.. This was a surprise for my sisters 50th as she was born in Harrogate, however we have not been back since we left as toddlers, so as adults it was great to experience this - my sister was definitely very happy with the choice! I would definitely recommend!

If being on a main road is a problem for you then this is not the right place, however there is ample room for 2 cars on the drive and it didn't bother us being on a main road as the house was perfect for our needs..

wonderful stay and perfect for the 7 of us over 2 nights.

liked the location for a nice 10 min walk into the town. had everything you needed for the stay. beds comfy and clean.

the only thing that let it down was the first bathroom being a little tired compared to the second bathroom being very nice. Dinning room just needed brightening and we tended to sit in the kitchen or summer house.

Overall pleasant

The location and parking were great, kitchen was lovely and generally the house was very clean and as described - the host was extremely helpful and shared lots of great information prior to our arrival .

The first floor bathroom wasn't very nice to be honest but useable - should be upgraded given the cost is £300 per night for the house - there was virtually no TV signal in the lounge so it was totally unwatchable - there was also confusion over check out times as I think the host had a late booking so the parameters of check out times changed unexpectedly - life lesson get things confirmed in writing not just a phone call

Great space, loved the kitchen had everything you could ever need. Was well organised could fault all the information given by the owners.Bedrooms very spacious with comfortable beds We would stay there again.

The first floor bathroom was a little dated and could have done with an update as the shower was abit dodgy.

Spacious and well stocked house for gatherings in Harrogate

We were a group of friends meeting up to explore Harrogate and the surrounding area. The house is very warm and comfortable. It’s a ten minute walk into Harrogate central and well placed for trips out to Bolton Abbey/ Skipton. Each bedroom is spacious and the bedlinen etc are very good quality. We were happy in the very well stocked kitchen and living room. The dining room felt a little formal for us. The small garden has a lovely summer house which is set quite low so that you can’t be seen from the road/ neighbours. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

It may have been us but we struggled to get hot water in the top shower.
