Very thoughtfully decorated. Andrew is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Allowed me to use the washing machine in the flat below as I was staying for two weeks and this property doesn’t have a washing machine which saved me a trip to the laundrette! And was always on hand if I needed anything. Also changed bedding / towels half way through my stay.
I found it too noisy, the bedroom is opposite a busy junction. There is some ongoing construction opposite the kitchen / living area which was very disruptive for me as I was working from the property during the day and I was there a while. It did stop around 5pm so if you’re out sightseeing you won’t notice it. However, I wish this had been communicated as I would not have booked! Andrew did agree to a refund of around 13% of the original cost which was very appreciated.

Great property. Very comfortable warm and cosy. Excellent decor and spotlessly clean. Well thought out facilities. Good location on a bus route into the centre of Harrogate. Some nice restaurants close by too. Easy parking on nearby street. Nice welcome goodies. Friendly host.
