central location but lack of attention to details

Nice location. Nice beds.

Parking. You had to put your car opposite two garages. Some finishing touches need to be addressed. Builders working from 8am was an annoyance. Fridge light does not work. This place needs some DIY to bring it up to standard. Bedroom TVs did not work properly. Water tasted off. There are a LOT of steps here.

A tremendous tower apartment!

Beautifully furnished apartment, comfy bedrooms and ensuite, kitchen facilities were great and we made use of the washing machine and drier! The tower sitting room was a lovely additonal feature and afforded beautiful views across the town and into the countryside! Parking was also a bonus as its only.a 10 minute walk into the centre of Harrogate!

Stunning character property, exceptionally well equipped and furnished in a great location.

From the minute we walked through the door, every room had a "Wow" factor! The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, yet were comfortable. The whole property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Best of all was the Tower room - such a calm and peaceful space to sit and enjoy the view and read a book with a glass of wine. It was also well situated, being an easy 5-10 mins walk to the town and main attractions of Harrogate. Just a beautiful character property which I highly recommend and would love to return to.

An exceptional property with stunning views over Harrogate.

The property was very stylish with lots of lovely finishing touches throughout and spotlessly clean. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from. The viewing tower was an amazing added extra to the property and the views were stunning.

There was absolutely no issues with the property. The only thing to note is it possibly wouldn’t be suitable if individuals have any mobility issues due to the amount of stairs to get into the property.

Exceptional accommodation in the Centre of Harrogate, would definitely recommend.

The apartment was exceptional in every way the only disappointment was the size of the kitchen but it did have every amenity. The Tower was a pleasant surprise, great seating to see the view over a glass of wine!

Will certainly revisit for long weekend. Perfect break for myself and partner. Im not a fan of hotels so this option was absolutely perfect. Relaxed, comfortable with a superb location for food & drink. Tower perfect for a good book and feet up !

Beyond amazing

I cannot express how amazing this place was. The interior was way beyond any expectation you could ever have- I’ve stayed in MANY places and this was incredible. A Christmas was a wonderful extra as well as the top of the range toiletries, coffee and tea. The beds were so comfortable with high quality linen. The place was immaculately clean . The communication and instructions prior to arriving was very efficient. I’ve tried to rebook already for my next visit to a Harrogate but unfortunately it’s booked up. The BEST place I’ve ever stayed in!

The lock at the front door was tricky to use.

Yorkshire stay

The accommodation was of an extremely high standard, and was a great base to explore. Everything you needed was at hand and was comfortable to return home to at the end of the day. Parking on site was a bonus, viewing Tower was fantastic in the evening to watch the sunset. Would definitely give it 5 stars and return again!

Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, roomy and airy with a fabulous viewing tower and a 10 minute walk to Betty’s. Also Jill from the serviced apartments company was easy to reach (we liked an ornament and wanted to know where it was from!).

Relaxing stay at the Tower

Lots of space for 4 people and there are fantastic views! The Tower is a nice place to relax. It's a nice central location to adventure from to all the surrounding Yorkshire attractions.

Lovely spacious apartment in good location.

Very comfy and spacious apartment decorated to high standard. Easily walkable from the centre of town. Kitchen is small but at least it's a proper kitchen rather than a breakfast bar. Well equipped too. Excellent shower - better than at home!

Lovely Break

Overall the apartment was lovely, comfy beds and sofa and great views from the tower. Walking distance to town so great not to have to use the car every day.

We had a 17 year old and 4 year old with us so would ideally of liked the zip and link to have been set up as singles rather than a super king. Blinds would be helpful on the high windows of the double bedroom as it was very light, very early

Fantastic base for the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate itself. We loved this apartment.

This is a great apartment. All rooms benefit from lots of light and are very nicely furnished and decorated. It feels homely and luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped with e.g. nice glasses. The second bathroom has amazing views. The main bedroom is large and the bed is a proper king size and super comfy. The living room is also large and we really chilled on the comfy sofa after a day walking in the Dales. And of course, the turret room in the roof is quite amazing - 360 degree views of the countryside and the town and a great place to chill with a glass of wine. I'd buy this apartment and live there if I wanted a Northern getaway home. The neighbourhood is upscale and leafy and it really only took a few minutes to walk to the town centre so ideal as its very quiet at night being a few blocks from town centre. Loved it.

The ONLY thing I would say wasn't perfect was that the entrance is not on the road that is the property's address but is at the back and you need to read the instructions that tell you this is accessed via a side street.

By far, the best staycation we've ever had!

Loved absolutely everything about this apartment. The communication from the start was great and all our questions were answered promptly and with detail. Its such a beautiful apartment and so well kept you just couldn't help but enjoy your stay. Everything that was needed was there and we've already said we will visit again in the not too distant future. Would recommend to everyone and anyone
