Cool 2 bedroom Apartment HG1 Free parking

Very close to Harrogate centre, with a private parking space which was incredibly helpful as parking in the centre can be difficult. The place itself was large and airy, with modern fixtures and fittings. The main bedroom is huge, and the beds including in the basement room are comfy. Our host Nick was really lovely and very accommodating. He was quick to respond, and also left wine and chocolates for us, which was a really nice touch. Check-in and check-out were great too, Nick let us book in earlier and was flexible on our day of departure.

If I had to mention anything, it would be that the entrance has a few steps up to the door and could use a handrail. We were traveling with my mum and found the stairs a bit tricky to navigate — I imagine this could be an issue for guests of any age in icy or wet weather.

The location was central with car parking space. Very well equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable lounge and bedrooms so a real "Home from Home" experience. The master bedroom was on ground floor and extremely large. Beds were very comfortable. The host Nick was excellent with superb communication skills.

I was unaware that the second bedroom was in the basement. One of my teenagers did not like sleeping there but the room at basement level was comfortable.

Convenient for centre with good parking. Good size apartment with everything you need and very quiet area.

Kitchen cramped and bathroom even more so. Bathroom is off the kitchen: very small and incovenient. Parking space is narrow for an SUV.
