300D is a spacious, comfortable apartment only 1.5 miles from the centre of Harrogate and conveniently located for Ripon and Skipton. A bus stop for the fantastic 36 bus service that connects Ripon-Harrogate-Leeds is only a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is owned by Keith and Jude and managed by Ruth, a family friend, who will ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment has an open plan living space with Smart TV, Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen/diner providing tea, coffee and other essentials available upon arrival. The main bedroom houses a double bed with plenty of separate storage space and all linens and towels are provided. In addition we can supply a travel cot upon request which will be assembled prior to arrival and placed accordingly. The second bedroom offers bunk beds with further storage options and once again these will be made up and towels provided. There is one house bathroom consisting of bath with shower over/shower screen, handbasin, wc and heated towel rail. We are happy to welcome the canine members of your family as part of your stay. However, we do request a maximum of two well-behaved dogs and would ask that they are kept off the furniture. The apartment is in a small block of five, please be considerate of other guests and residents, thank you.

The communication with the owner was excellent and her responses were very quick. The location was perfect for me as I could walk to where I needed to be. Whilst the flat is on a busy road I wasn't disturbed by the traffic at all. Flat was perfect for my needs. I would say that there are a few stairs up to the flat so bear this in mind if you have problems with your joints. The furniture was all really comfortable [sofa a bit low but I am getting old!] Overall a good place for me to stay and made great by the owner's attention. Thank you Jackie
