About this apartment rental
Duplex of 46 m², fitted out in an old Burgundy barn. Combines the calm of the countryside with the proximity of Beaune and the wine-growing villages.
3 minutes by car from the motorway exit (Beaune Centre). Private space on the first floor with garden tables and chairs. Car parking in the private courtyard & bicycle room at the foot of the accommodation.
Close to cycle paths & natural swimming (Beaune Côté Plage)
Small Leclerc shop (open 8:30 am to 8 pm) and gas station (24 hours a day) at the exit of the village.
Very well insulated accommodation, located in a very quiet hamlet, comprising:
a living room with open kitchen (fully equipped), 1 separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with separate bathroom (walk-in shower).
Sofa bed 140x190 in the living room, with comfortable mattress topper and dividing curtain. Rattan seats and sofa to make a small extra lounge area when using the sofa as a bed.
Sheets, towels and dish towels provided.
Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, ground coffee, tea and herbal teas available.
Blackout curtains and blinds on all windows.
Baby cot, high chair, changing table, baby bath and stroller available on request. Some crockery for the little ones also available.
