Welcome to the thatched-roof “Melsa” vacation semi-detached house—your home by the sea
Arrive, take a deep breath, and relax—enjoy a restful stay in our modern, charming thatched-roof semi-detached house. “Melsa” is a place to unwind and offers the highest level of comfort for families and couples—up to 5 people. Here you’ll find the perfect blend of coziness, style, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Upon your arrival, a fully prepared home awaits you: the beds are made, towels are laid out, and you can start enjoying your vacation right away.
Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and plenty of storage space, as well as a stylish shower room with a sauna, toilet, and sink—ideal for moments of relaxation.
On the first floor, you’ll find a second bedroom with a double bunk bed (bottom: 140 cm double bed; top: 90 cm single bed) that sleeps up to three people. A separate guest restroom provides additional comfort.
The open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette has everything you could want: an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and many other extras are at your disposal. On cool days, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, while you’ll be well entertained with TV, games, and free Wi-Fi.
The entire house features underfloor heating and is allergy-friendly. Out of consideration for the health and well-being of all guests, pets and indoor smoking are not permitted.
Enjoy the morning sun on the covered breakfast terrace overlooking the garden, or relax on the southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair, patio furniture, and a grill—perfect for sunny afternoons and cozy evenings.
A parking space right next to the house is, of course, available. The idyllic natural beach is only about 600 meters away—ideal for walks, sunbathing, and enjoying the sea.
