Cuor Di Barzio - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 12

Detached house located in the heart of the historic center of Barzio, a few steps from the town center. It is the ideal solution for large groups or more families who want to share large common areas without sacrificing privacy, thanks to the distribution of the rooms on several floors.
The house has recently been adapted with the aim of offering guests an entirely dedicated space: a private outdoor area and a large convivial environment on the ground floor, perfect for organizing lunches and dinners all together.
The property is spread over three floors, as well as an additional attic that can only be used in the summer months because it is not heated. On the ground floor there is the large common area with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and bar area; the laundry room with boiler, washing machine and sink; a service bathroom and the private outdoor courtyard, which includes an ideal shed for skis or bicycles.
On the first floor there is the first apartment, consisting of a kitchen, a full bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a single sofa bed. On the second floor there is the second apartment, with a distribution similar to the first. The solution is completed by an attic with a low roof, which houses two bedrooms and a small emergency bathroom, particularly suitable for children or teenagers. The attic is not heated and is therefore available from May to September.
The house is located just 50 meters from the center of Barzio, with all services easily accessible on foot. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
