Amazing location, can't beat the view of the terrace, supermarket nearby and gondolas/ferry right in front. Having AC is great. The apartment itself is spacious.
The wifi wasn't working and as we were only staying for 2 nights over the weekend, it couldn't really be fixed. The apt is on the rooftop of the building, with elevator up to the 3rd floor (cant rmb 3rd or 4th), then another flight of stairs to the apt - which we were aware of. The ceiling will be quite low at some part as we are on the roof so be carefil with hitting your head.

Die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick auf den Canale Grande ist einmalig. Warum soll man bei diesem Blick überhaupt noch das Apartment verlassen?! Man kann stundenlang dem Bootsverkehr auf dem Wasser zu schauen
Das Bad! Ein Bad ohne Dusche geht gar nicht. Man will sich nicht in der Badewanne hinsetzen und den Schlauch über den Kopf halten müssen. Das geht in 2026 gar nicht mehr
